Kyle LeBlanc Crawfish Farms

This business is total scam! They claim to be better than Louisiana Crawfish company so we gave it a shot. Crawfish was supposed to arrive Thursday for our Friday feast. It got to the airport early Wednesday. We were afraid lots would die by the time we cooked it on Friday. The told us the crawfish was large. It was ridiculously small! When my husband called them to complain. They said it was biggest size they had! Don't charge us for XL crawfish then! We've attached invoice and pictures of crawfish. They also advised shipping was $55 through Southwest and when my husband went to pick it up, they charged $90. Don't order from this company. Worst service ever!

We ordered live crawfish, live blue crab, white gulf shrimp & andouille sausage to be shipped FedEx to my door. The tornadoes hit their area the day before shipment, and all their live crab were killed. Kyle went out of his way to check with others in his area to see if he could get me our live blue crab, but everyone in the county lost their live crabs. So Kyle sent us more crawfish in their replacement, and made adjustments to our bill. The crawfish, shrimp & andouille sausage all arrived on schedule, and these crawfish were HUGE! We had a party of 100 people, and many had never eaten crawfish, now I couldn't get them to suck the heads, but they thoroughly enjoyed everything. There was only a few lbs. of crawfish left over, which I cleaned and froze, but everything was eaten. We had the Crawfish boil, creole, gumbo & jambalaya and out of 60+lbs of crawfish, we only had 3 dead crawfish. That's amazing in my book. We live in Glendale AZ and I was worried about the heat, as its been getting in the high 90's, and the day these were delivered, that's exactly what the temps were, but we did what Kyle instructed, we didn't mess with the crawfish, we immediately placed them in coolers with ice on top until the next evening when it was time to cook them. So they were on ice over 24 hours, more like 31 hours and to only lose 3 crawdads, that's exceptional and I would not hesitate to order from him again, which we will do next year, as I've already been asked to do this again. If you want MONSTER and I mean MONSTER crawfish look no further. Best experience. Kyle answered the phone every time I called. Ordered 100 lbs on Wednesday, he shipped Thurs and they were here in North Carolina on Friday. Actually received a few pounds extra when I weighed them. Awesome surprise. Price is good and shipping to airport saved me 200$ vs door to door. Once they arrived I called him about storage for boil next day. Went to VM. And then...3 minutes later he called back..yes he called back. I hadn't even left a voicemail.. Awesome customer service. He told me what to do and gave me a couple more tips. Everybody at my boil was amazed at the size of crawfish and couldn't believe they even got that big. And there were some Louisiana natives there too who hadn't seen any that big. Absolute units. Due to weather only half of guests showed up so I had 50lbs left over. I was worried I wasted half the crawfish, but I crossed my fingers and went ahead and followed Kyle's instructions once more. Next day there were about 20 that didn't make it. Just 20. 4 days after being shipped!! I was ecstatic and we boiled the last 50lbs and had another feast. Look no further. Not sure why people are leaving negative reviews about size, weight etc. My experience was completely opposite. The pics I took were from second day boil (was drinking first day and didn't cross my mind) and after we had already ate a bunch of monsters. They really are JUMBO!! Put a crawfish i had from my local.grocery store next to Kyles Jumbo for size reference. These were mini lobster. Kyle is money dood!

I have been buying crawfish from Kyle LaBlanc for years. The quality and customer service is always excellent. I live in South Florida and have them shipped to the air freight counter. Always shipped live and in great condition.

This was our fourth year ordering from Kyle LeBlanc. We have had them shipped to Ohio and North Carolina for our annual Mardi Gras party. The Crawfish have always been fresh with very little spoilage and the overnight shipping is about $65 for 35 pounds of crawfish. I appreciate the communication after I order online, theynare excellent about getting back to us when we email. This year we ordered Jumbo's but Kyle informed us that they he did not have that size available at this time of the year and did not charge me for the jumbos. I will continue to use Kyle and would recommend him to my friends and family.

Living in Jersey City and having Louisiana Creole roots, I wanted to make sure my son knew of his culture. So for his 1st birthday we ordered 100 lbs of crawfish from Kyle. He was patient as I called every week for 2 months to check the prices. The crawfish were shipped to the airport and we picked them up with no hassle. This was so seamlessly done easy we will surely work with him again. And I will surely recommend him to anyone that needs crawfish shipped overnight.

Had a 70lb order sent to San Francisco and had to hold an additional overnight per Kyle's instructions for a Memorial Day boil. The crawfish held up like champs and we had very little dead ones. Best price around, good size/quality crawfish and Kyle provided great storing instructions. The Southwest cargo option was low cost and super easy using SFO. Thanks for helping us throw a great boil!

Ripoff. Most of the crawfish were dead when they arrived. Approximately 70 to 75%. I called and the person who answered was a jerk and wanted to debate if they were dead. I told him they were. He said to cook them anyway. I don't eat dead crawfish. That is why I order LIVE ones. Their ad says that they consider 30% dead acceptable, but he refused to acknowledge any issue or refund any portion of my money. In addition, the crawfish were SMALL field run, not the "Extra Large" that were advertised and that I paid for.I was surprised when I got them that they were in a cardboard box, not a Styrofoam box like every other company I have ordered from. I order crawfish about eight times a season and this is the first time with this company, and definitely the last. I'll go back to Louisiana Crawfish. Virtually all arrive alive and if there is a problem, they are NICE and take care of it.

Great, very good sized crawfish! Had a very, very few small ones, but average body size was at least 3.25 inches, maybe a bit bigger, with quite a few giants. Had some 7.5 inchers tail to claw tip. Many had claws big enough to pick. Only 5 or 6 dead out of 30 pounds. Shipped same day air, we picked up next morning as they got in late, cooked next day. Very clean. Water ran clear on first purge. They had to have been purged already. Great taste, firm meat. Have to add, hubby did a great job cooking them!

It's not only the go-to place for the freshest and largest crawfish, the selection of Gulf seafood is amazing. I ordered a 60 pound combo of large shrimp, jumbo lump crabmeat, crab claws, blue crabs, oysters (shucked the day of shipment) and crawfish tails. The prices were reasonable and Kyle was so courteous, helpful and accommodating when I called to place the order. Shipment was overnight and didn't cost an arm and leg. My super fresh seafood bundle arrived perfectly intact and just in time for our Thanksgiving feast and oh, how delicious it was! I highly recommend Kyle LeBlanc to anyone who is interested in having fresh, Gulf seafood shipped straight to your door! You will not be disappointed!
