Come here often and literally everything is delicious. Very clean restaurant and bathrooms! That's always a good sign. Great staff & service. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

Had a great meal at the Gretna Fest in the Asian Village. Everything was served hot and delicious. Great flavors and portions. My only wish is that the lumpia was a little fuller in filling. I would recommend this pop up any day. Friendly people and great offering at a value.

WHOOOOO! This is some amazing Filipino food and it is a pop-up. I went on a Tuesday night to Gasa Gasa where Kusina usually pops up. Gasa Gasa is such a cool spot so it is the perfect combination. They are usually right outside by the alley patio at Gasa Gasa. You order from them, they give you a number or serve to you right away. The menu varies sometimes week to week depending on supplies. I went when they had Tocilog which is cured pork shoulder served with garlic rice, fried egg and atchara. We also did the cheese sticks and ube cheesecakes. THE DESSERTS ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD. If you get too full, buy the desserts anyways and eat it later. You will not regret. They also do bake sales too. You have to follow them on IG at @kusinanola for more information though. Got to sample the ube cheesecake at the Nola Nite Market pop-up and it was such a stand-out treat for me! The crust was sweet and crumbly and added the perfect crunch to the creamy ube filling. Sooo so good. Cannot wait for their next pop-up
