Kajun Seafood & Wings

I love the salt and pepper fried shrimp. It's my go to meal. Occasionally I'll add wings because the fried wings are good too. I don't usually eat the rice. It's very basic corner store kind so not enough flavor or fresh ingredients for me. The sautéed onions and peppers that are served with the shrimp and rice are also great.

Stopped in while in the area. Kinda run down hole in the wall type of place we generally like. Nice menu and good prices. But then the bathrooms - very dirty and dead crawfish on the floor in both men's and women's. Dining area was a mess - looks like maybe doing some construction.Food was average. Shrimp had a lot that weren't cleaned otherwise seasoned nice and great portions.Not someplace we will visit again.

Place is in an old Burger King building. Clean, quick and great great food.. can't believe I just found this gemBetter Boudin balls than Ronnie's up the street.. I can't wait to try the rest of their menu

Bought into the hype and tried them out. Went in shortly after opening around 10 am. Got the 6# crawfish deal. They cook to order so the wait was about 10-15 min. The crawfish had an odd smell. Not bad. Just odd. They used a lot of onion and garlic in their mix. We got the spicy mix. The taste was pretty good. The bad thing was that they were either undercooked or cooked at too high a temp because they were almost impossible to peel. This lead to a lot of waste. Seems like they weren't purged properly either. They do serve other things there that are probably good and the service was friendly. Probably won't be back though.

As far as pricing goes not bad, however food could be better. The food was not nasty but I have had better wings. The place over all was clean, looks much better on the inside. Had a nice big eating area, all booths. They had a big TV. They do have a drive thru. Had a stomach ache after eating, I blame the ranch. It tasted kind of old. Would I go back? Maybe if I needed something cheap and quick in that area.

I ordered the (spicy seasoning requested)2 snow crabs, corn + potatoes for $24.00. This was my first time there but I must say the seasoning was great. It wasn't too spicy. Very enjoyable. I will be back
