Juicy Seafood - Baton Rouge

First time at Juicy's and I think it's going to be easy for me to become obsessed. Very well seasoned and the extra spicy was just perfect for me. The seafood was cooked to perfection. I loved everything about the food. The employees were very accommodating and helpful. Our server was semi attentive and brought us everything we asked for....had to keep asking for refills but everytime she delivered them quickly. The music was a bit too loud but overall it was a pleasant experience.

We came here to celebrate my niece's 13th birthday dinner, but with a large party. The wait wasn't bad at first--we had a party of about 20-25 people, and they assigned us only one waitress. She seemed fairly new, but I have to give her credit--she was polite and professional the entire time, despite having to juggle such a large group.The real issue was the timing. It took **over an hour and a half** for our food to arrive, and I only know this because I started timing it after my drink took forever to come out. It didn't help that this was my first time at the restaurant, so my expectations were high. Two hours into our visit, another waiter finally came to help with drinks, but by that point, it felt like too little too late.I didn't even bother taking any pictures of the food because, by the time our table got served, most people had already finished eating. After that, it was time to sing happy birthday and open presents, so the whole meal felt a bit rushed for me.Now, my partner ordered the **fried catfish**, and despite the long wait, it was actually really good--hot, crispy, and full of flavor. I would definitely order it again if I ever return. We also took some seafood to go, and after reheating it, it was surprisingly great. Overall, I'd like to give this place another shot, but with a smaller group next time. They should have had more waitstaff to properly accommodate such a large party. Hopefully, with a more relaxed dining experience, the service will match the quality of the food.

This was an amazing experience. Hazel was our server she was exceptional with great customer service. Very attentive. Food tasty and cooked to order. Restaurant clean lighting was perfect music was of different genres not loud. I will return. The snow crab was very flavorful.

We originally first had juicy seafood in Aurora, Colorado we were so happy to see a location in Baton Rouge. We traveled all the way from Houston, Texas and we were so happy with the service and were blown away with the quality taste service and ambience of this restaurant. It was huge, clean, cool and decorated so good whoever owns this establishment you should be proud. I recommend this place to anyone. I know coming to Baton Rouge. I cannot wait to visit again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor at Juicy Seafood in Baton Rouge it was so good! The seafood was fresh, well-seasoned, and packed with flavor! We ordered the Mr. Captain which was a great combo for the price. The bar also had some great drink options. Definitely a spot worth checking out!

The hostess was attentive and it didn't take long to be seated. Our waitress was nice and attentive as well. It didn't take long for the food to come out. Since we were eating seafood I was like let me get a drink. I got the Long Island ice tea with mango and maybe I'm really not a drink or that drink was super strong but this is definitely a place you wait until after work to get a drink and not on your lunch break I was almost lights out. It's way more than enough food for two people to share I ate too much. The restaurant was super clean even the bathroom. The music was a vibe

I live in New Orleans and drove out to this restaurant in Baton Rouge because a patient recommended it as her favorite "boil house". She was right and didn't miss! The service could use a little improvement based on the bickering heard at the front near the host booth but our server was good. The ambiance is loud but expected for this kind of restaurant. We ordered the chargrilled oysters which had some kind of BBQ sauce on it but was really good. The boiled snow crabs, shrimp and trimmings were all good. We will definitely be back.

Bizarre place. Waitress walked up and introduced herself as Gia. I said hello dear and she said she was fine. Then she walked away and I never got waited on so I left. Bad vibes.

Really enjoyed Juicy's Seafood. Wait staff was extremely helpful teaching us how to eat "mud bugs".. The food was very tasty and seasoned well. Really enjoyed the opportunity to try new flavors. The restaurant was well decorated and clean.

First this was a family dinner with my wife and 7 year old daughter , when we arrived we waited for 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge us , they said it would be 5 minutes to be seated we said ok ,we waited another 10 minutes just for them to say we had to scan the wall to even get on a waiting list ,we get to the table to wait another 15 minutes for our server to come and she seemed upset she wasn't welcoming at all , by the time we got our food we had been there for over a hour, the food was cold and over cooked ,we didn't want to complain then because it already took forever before we left we all started feeling nauseous,my 7 year old daughter complained of her stomach hurting ,they can check the cameras and see ,by the time we got home everyone had thrown up and is shaking ,I'm pretty sure we have food poisioning and after paying 113.78 it's really not worth it
