My first time here and I am coming back! Nice staff, clean and festive. There is outside seating also. I started with the top shelf margarita and it was fresh and bright and just how I like it. They always use fresh lime juice and never a mix. Major points!I had the chips and salsa which isn't free for $4 I got chips with red and green salsa. The green salsa was mild and nice. I always prefer red salsa and this red did not disappoint! A little spicy but so much flavor and the heat fades pretty quickly so time to shovel in more! I was just stopping in to kill a few minutes before a meeting so I didn't eat but I will be back because I saw some fun things on the menu.Several vegetarian taco options. One of them was a prickly pear taco. They have so much variety with the proteins and made into different things: smoked pulled pork, fish filets, beef, chicken, shrimp.Their carne asado will be my next pick and I will let you know!

I very much like this place since their tacos have great variety, especially more options for vegetarians. I've been here several times and it is always good but the cost is a bit more than I would like so I don't make this a regular stop. Also chips are not complimentary when you sit down so you feel a bit like you are being charged for everything. Drinks are good but no happy hour and no taco Tuesday deals.

I had SUCH high hopes for this place. Homemade!! Yes please. It hurts me to say anything bad, so I won't. I'll just describe "my" food.Tortillas-too thick, dry, crumbly, hurt my throat to swallow.Two fajita tacos. One chicken, one beef. No cheese on either one. So dry, they choked me. The beef tasted like rehydrated beef jerky. I have no reason to go back. Too expensive for product. Sad

Went here yesterday for lunch. Been here a few times. The service is always prompt and friendly -- they refilled my drink many times and checked on me frequently. The food might be a little pricey but it tastes homemade to me. The cantina beans are my favorite side and I love most of their tacos. They really fill their tacos -- you don't feel like they skimped out on anything in them. 5/5 would recommend

The food was authentic and delicious. The best tacos in Baton Rouge. The service is great. The owners patiently answered my questions over the phone, ensuring my order was correct. The shrimp tacos were a great choice during lent. My only problem was the brisket tacos were too salty for me.

We saw this place on Yelp and thought we would give it a try. It was Friday at 6:30 and there were only a couple of people in the place which should have told us something. I think $6 for a taco is a bit much, but we ordered anyway. The tacos were not good. The fish was overcooked, and the steak was very salty. I ordered 1 of the surf and turf and which was awful. It had Pico sauce, which was good, but the red sauce tasted like pizza sauce. For 3 people or bill was $69. We will not be returning.
