Found Jeanae on Google when I was searching for custom cookies. Easy and efficient ordering process - filled out a form online describing what I'd like, chose a delivery date 4 days later, received an email and invoice within 1 day confirming my order, and paid online. I experienced no problems and I appreciated the quick turnaround! I chose my shape and design from cookies featured on her Instagram account, but from what I can tell she can make almost any shape, etc. that you want! The whole process was much easier than going to a bakery in person (especially during COVID times) and the pricing was super reasonable. It cost roughly $20 for 12 cookies (packed as 2 cookies per individually wrapped favor bag for a total of 6 bags), with $5 delivery. Jeanae was nice enough to include a 7th favor bag. They taste just as great as they look!Highly recommend to anyone with custom cookie, cupcake, or cake needs!

The whole experience was so painless. I filled out the form online. Jeanea was very responsive and sent the invoice in a timely manner. I just told her that my daughter wanted a baby shark cake and she loved pink, and that I wasn't picky as long as it fit the theme and had pink. The cake was delivered on time, I just slept through the knock, she put bags around it to keep any bugs from getting to the cake before I got to it. It was beautifully wrapped and my daughter and I adored the cake! I accidentally broke the ale in half getting it out of the box, but prior to that baby shark looked amazing. I will definitely be ordering more cakes from here. As a busy mom I loved the convenience, price and the quality! Thank you Jeanea for being so amazing!

After a number of cookie makers were not available, a friend recommended JCB for my specialty cookie need. With less than a week to the event, their Baker was happy to help!! They had great options to make our cookies beautiful and follow our theme. The cookies were beautiful and a huge hit with our dance krewe membership. They also offered online billing and payment which made things much easier. Great bakery!! I'll definitely be using them often.

Great cake shop! Walked in and placed and order and paid online the same day. Brought a picture for reference and she was able to do exactly what I asked for. The cake was adorable, the icing was delicious, ready on time (even though I only ordered 6 days in advance) and it tasted great! On top of all that it was super affordable. Will definitely be returning!

Great service and tasty cookies. I had a short timeline (less than two weeks) for custom cookies and the team at JCB was able to design and finish my order in the allotted time. Not only were the cookies delicious, they were reasonably priced as well.

This is the best deal in town for decorated party cookies. Can't beat the price and quality. Super fast, too. She has helped me with two last minute (four or five days out) needs. I have ordered cookies from her four times now.

Ordered a cookie cake for my daughter's birthday and it was pretty and delicious!!! I typically do not like cookie cakes because to me they taste under-cooked. But Not this cookie cake! It was simply delicious and ordering was very easy!! I highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. Jeanea was very accommodating and helpful. She worked with me to get birthday cupcakes to a student at Tulane. And she did it on very short notice. They were beautiful and, I was told, they were moist and delicious. The first was consumed before I got the call that they had arrived and could request a photo, so I could see how they turned out. Ordering was easy, payment was easy and the whole transaction was completed without any hitches. I have already recommended JCB Creations to friends who know people in New Orleans.

These guys are so awesome! I am from out of town and was nervous about ordering custom cupcakes because they really only communicate through email and at first it was an auto response. Lemme just say they are on top of their business and start to finish was professional and on point. I gave a sloppy example of something I wanted and they brought them to life beautifully. The price was fair (so fair that when I got the invoice I added more), the delivery was on time (they even called day-of to confirm best time), and I'm pretty sure they are a family ran business. They asked if I wanted vanilla or chocolate and I said "funfetti?" and they made them with no extra charge. They can even print on sugar paper so you can literally put ANYTHING YOU WANT on a cupcake. 10 STARS!

JCB Creations was so easy to work with! I was behind on ordering cookies for my son's party but JCB Creations was incredibly accommodating. They did almost everything through email and online billing so the whole ordering process was really easy. Plus, they turned around adorable and delicious cookies for us. In my opinion, the cookies tasted much better than some of the popular competitors in the city. I will only be ordering from JCB Creations from here on out!
