I'm always amazed by the service I get when I visit. I've been shopping for years but never wrote a review. Since phenomenal service has unfortunately become a dying art, I'd like to be more intentional about sharing my experiences. For those doing amazingly well and providing phenomenal service, I hope it continues. For those not doing so well, I hope they see this as an opportunity to improve and get better. Now back to Jared's! I went in to have my ring inspected. Hailey, the amazing sales associate who sold it to me a few years back, graciously took my rig, inspected and cleaned it. In the meantime, she answered my many questions as she began explaining the difference between natural diamonds and lab created diamonds. While I wasn't in the market for a new ring, I'm always looking for deals on diamonds. Not only did Hailey explain lab created versus natural cut diamonds, she also explained cut, color, and quality variations. The price and value between natural versus lab created is significant. If you're in the market for diamonds or beautiful jewelry, please run, don't walk to see Hailey!

My husband went to Jared for my engagement ring and a necklace he gave me on our wedding day. We went back together to choose an anniversary band and it was a lovely experience. Both times we were in the store, David was so helpful and wonderful, and he really listened to us. Janet was also so sweet to us. It's best to make an appointment during Covid, as they cannot have many people in the store at once. When you arrive, stand in the vestibule and wait for someone to let you in.

Updating to remove stars - I'm not sure what has happened to the service here, but after my last experience, I don't think I'm ever going back. Short story is that a sales opportunity was missed AND the service to my ring was lackluster at best. I was treated poorly when I first went in, didn't really get the result I wanted, and then, even though they did fix my ring, they didn't do the best job. A bit of backstory, is that last year when I had my ring serviced, they told me they noticed a crack in the band. They told me that while I could have it fixed, I should probably just get a new one when the time came. So, when the following year, the band finally fully cracked, I walked into the store to get a new ring. I have regularly visited this exact store every 6-12 months since 2014. When you purchase jewelry here, you bring it back every 6-12 months and they'll inspect and clean it. They're usually great about it, and even offer to do the same with my engagement ring, which wasn't pursed here. I have had both of these rings serviced and repaired here a few times, and have been thrilled with the results. Back to me walking in about two weeks ago. I walk in, and when asked what brings me in, I say that my wedding band has cracked. Again - I KNEW it was going to crack, and I was ready to purchase a new ring. I wasn't even offered that option. She asks to see the ring, and WALKS AWAY. Calls to me from around the counter for my phone number, finds my information, and then tells me that I haven't been in the store since 2017. First of all, that's not the case. Second of all, that's not how you start a conversation with a customer. I tell her that I'm not sure why her system shows 2017 because I've been in plenty of times since then, and even had a major repair in 2020. She continues to tell me that based on their store records, I have not been having my ring inspected per my warranty agreement - which is again, wrong, and plain ugly the way she spoke to me. I told her that I regularly visit the store, and am not sure why her system isn't recording it, but I'm also not sure why this is relevant to our conversation. "Well maybe they're cleaning it, but they're NOT inspecting it... " I stopped her right there and told her that I didn't come here to argue with her, and that I had my receipts if she needed to see them, but again, didn't understand the relevance of this conversation about inspections. Her - I guess boss - walks up and says, "Fix it in the system." Then tells me "She'll fix it. If you've been to the repair area, they don't always mark it in the system because we're on two different systems. No worries." The other woman returns, and says, "You can pick up your ring in 4 days. You will be emailed a receipt." ?????? Um.... what???? So, I don't know if the first woman was telling me about the inspections because she was trying to get out of repairing the ring or if she was just being rude, but.... Let's rewind. I originally walked in TO BUY A NEW RING.Neither one of them asked if I WANTED IT REPAIRED. And now they're done talking to me and telling me when I can pick my ring up. Let's pause here because I need to unpack this part of the conversation: I don't need to be lectured on whether the employees here are properly putting information into your system, or whether I'm supposed to act as their boss when I go into the store to have my ring looked at per the warranty agreement. That's YOUR job to know what YOU have to do when customers show up. Also, let's unpack this part. Good customer service would be having a conversation with me about what I WANTED to do with the ring. Ask if I'd like it fixed. Ask if it's OK that you're going to have to keep it there for a set number of days, and if I'm available to pick up. Usually, that's how the conversation goes when I'm in that store, so why was it so different this time? Where is the courtesy and conversation here? Also, I had questions that I didn't get a chance to ask. I wanted to know how this would impact my trade up value, and what the ring was worth for trade in.... since I wanted a new one.Back to her telling me my ring would be ready in 4 days. She didn't ask if I needed anything else, if I wanted to look at anything else, or if I had questions. So, I told both of the women thank you and walked out. I was in the store for a total of 5 mins. What a waste of a sales opportunity. I received an email the next day that my ring was ready to be picked up. The service on the pick up was slightly better, though again, she didn't ask many questions or offer much help. At the end of a 3 min conversation I told her that I had originally come in wanting to buy a new ring, and she goes: "Well at least this one was fixed for free, and you can always come in another time." ?Seriously? Are any of these people sales people anymore? I will buy another ring. Elsewhere at this point. Thanks for fixing my ring for free, but I can still see the crack.

I've been going to this location since 1993 I've always had a great experience great customer service great return policy it was a great open experience. Fast forward to July 2020. This location no longer in bodies the standards in the principles that I grew to love over the decades. I understand that the coronavirus has changed how we live how we operate in a business atmosphere but I promise you that my standards have not change when it comes to dealing with businesses and spending my money. There is new management at this location it was a husband and wife team that truly operated in the spirit of excellence each and every time we visited. But my how things have changed. It was a slow but steady change first it was the sales staff they began to hire employees that did not treat customers like it was a open and welcoming environment. Borderlining on rude and standoffish and many times gave us the feeling that they did not want to assist us in our jewelry needs which felt obligated because they were on the clock. Don't misunderstand me there still are a few employees that do their job very well and their actions invite us to spend money. This new breed of Jared's employee really Hass to be changed in order for me to return to the store. I just purchased a diamond band on 7-13 and due to the manager being rude and the employees being rude I'm returning it on 7-17 for a full refund. This is one of those businesses it will not survive the coronavirus not because of their product or their quality but because of their employees. Best wishes in your future

The customer service was terrible! My fiancé and I can't in to Jared today to purchase wedding bands. Our wedding is in March. We were told to have a seat and someone would be right with us. Upon arriving to Jared there was only one other person in the store being serviced. My fiancé and I sat in front of the wedding bands where we were told waiting for someone to help us find and purchase a set but instead we were nothing short of ignored once we were sat. We watched the other person check out and leave we continued sitting there only to be further ignored by the staff. With what is supposed to be a special time for us we felt we weren't even remotely important to the staff so instead of continuing to sit there with no service we left. What's sad is my engagement ring was purchased here but after today our set will be found somewhere else.

I have been coming to this Jared's since September 2007 and the customer service gets worse EVERY SINGLE YEAR!!! Ive been a loyal customer because for some reason my husband loves this place. (Not really complaining about that because I do love diamonds) BUTTTTTT Be prepared to get ignored, to not be notified if your service is completed on your jewelry or to have anyone willing to help you! Happy buying :-)

I have been a customer with Jareds since 2010-11. Recently, I attempted to make a purchase online (item not available in stores), but had trouble with the website. The item would show available, then when I would try to purchase, the system would freeze up. Eventually, the item would show out of stock, yet I was not able to submit the suggested "contact me when available." I contacted Jared online several times with no resolution. On yesterday, the item looked available again, yet I still was not able to purchase online. when I contact CSR on today, no help again; they sent me to Kay and offered everything but what I wanted. The agent refused to honor the price although she saw that I had been trying to purchase since 12/9. I do not recommend Jareds to the consumer who values customer service and being a returning customer. You're not valued as a customer with Jareds, go somewhere else!!!
