My husband and I are extremely pleased with our wedding bands! 100% recommend working with them. Ruth is amazing at her job and Sherry has helped me with surprising my husband with a brand new pendant for his chain!

The prices at the store are twice as expensive as the same item online. I should have performed my due diligence prior to the purchase of two pairs of diamond earrings. I didn't do this.I selected this store because of its outstanding reputation and reviews. I trusted the store would provide competitive prices. I was wrong.Furthermore I was not told of the 'All Sales Are Final' policy until after the purchase. No signs are posted. I learned of the policy once the sale was complete. It's written on the bottom of the receipt.Fortunately the owner was agreeable to a full refund.Be aware that when you shop here the prices are twice as high as online. I understand brick and mortar stores have additional expenses but 100% up charge is excessive as I see it.

My daughter and I decided to pop in this jewelry store just to browse. We were greeted so warmly by Elizabeth that we decided to stay. She gave us space to browse but was there to consult when we needed her. I found the perfect dainty necklace. She made the entire experience worthwhile.

Came to New Orleans on vacation but also hoping to find the perfect engagement ring. We stopped into this store. I must say the jewelry is gorgeous BUT the customer service was not so great. As we were peeking around, I decided I wanted to try on a couple rings to get an idea of what I was looking for. I don't know the ladies name, but she had a short blonde haircut, in her 50-60's I would say. She was not very personable AT ALL! Acted like she couldn't be bothered when we asked her about a few rings to try on. Also asked her to size my finger since I do not know what size I'am and she just came back with "well all our engagement rings run the same size" ok that is not what asked.... went to the other side of the store to look at more rings. You would think a store employee would follow you to the next side of the counter to help. But I had to keep asking questions across the way. Very disappointed in the customer service here.

My girlfriend and I were walking by the 315 Royal St location while on vacation. I'm not one for diamonds, I find them to be a product of social value and not true value. But in the window, my eyes were immediately drawn to a "motion" ring. We'd never seen anything like it. A ring with a center cluster of diamonds, with two diamond rings encircling the center, attached by their sides, that yielded something definitely to behold. THE RINGS WERE SPINNING BEAUTIFULLY AROUND THE CENTER CLUSTER, CATCHING THE LIGHT REPEATEDLY.Enough about our specific ring, you get the point. The service is where its at. Sherrie helped us, and is a saleswoman passionate about her job. Not overbearing, answered any and all questions, and there was just something genuine about her.Needless to say, we got the ring, but the story doesn't stop there. As a sort of impulse purchase, I researched market prices for similar rings and ran across another jeweler offering the same ring for $500 cheaper. That's my fault for not performing proper research on a major purchase. Upon revisiting the store and bringing this to their attention, they were utterly baffled. Bottom-line pricing for the ring is set by the company that made it, and the "other" jeweler was definitely below the maximum % off. Whatever they ultimate reason, I was obviously not happy about burning $500 due to impulse. So to be fair, I asked Ruth Sutton, Jack's wife, to meet me half-way. They did. That kind of customer service is unnecessary in my opinion, and is the reason I'm writing this review. I will refer this shop to anyone and everyone. They will give 110% to make you happy.

this high-end jewelry store rivals any designer boutiques in quality of designs and the overall look of the store and professionalism of the salespeople. it is newly renovated in a historic royal street townhouse.a lounge in the back for VIP customers makes the experience of buying expensive jewelry very private and comfortable.it is jack sutton's second store and it is operated by his wife, a very good looking and pleasant young lady.from the moment you enter the store, you are pampered by the nice sales girls and the pleasant, intimate environment.if high end jewelry is your thing, this is the place to unload your hard earned cash!

By far the most incredible jewelry store we have ever walked into. From the moment we walk in,we were greeted immediately and truly mesmerized by the selection and quality. The sales woman who helped us was not pushy and extremely knowledgable. We spent about 50 minutes in the store, not really planning on buying anything, but my wife fell in love with this Aqua Marine diamond necklace and the rest is history. They are making a custom wedding bands for our five year anniversary. We found our new jeweler forever. They are the best people to work with. Thanks again !

Check, check, and doublecheck measurements. Ordered bracelet. Last thing I said before leaving store that bracelet size looked too small.Assured that their measurements correct. $3500 bracelet too small for my wrist. Should have stood up for my belief. Such an an unbelievable disappointment to say nothing of the massive expense..My local jeweler says nothing can be done.Personnel nice for what that matters now.

We fell in love with the store and the customer service we received from Sherri. Their selection was unbelievable and we were able to find the perfect sapphire earrings I had been looking so long for. Sherri was so patient and helpful in helping us pick out the right pair of earrings as well as a vintage opal ring I fell in love with. We will definitely be long term customers.

Seriously, this is not me. I do NOT go into jewelry stores as a looky-loo, and ask the clerk about diamonds, rubies and such, and then try things on. First and foremost: jewelry is really wasted on me...I have mucho work-appropriate/costume jewelry that I NEVER wear, and the stuff that's real (a couple nice Tiffany pieces) were all gifts from my sister and I only take them out once in a blue moon. I don't even have pierced ears for damnssakes! But still...I was walking along Royal with a dear girlfriend who is admittedly much girlier than I (bless her heart ;-P), and I think she's ready to be mawwied...or least have a ring, heehee. So she looks at me, and says, "C'mon! Let's go in and just take a look." And sure enough, I find that I do have that irrational voice in my head that says, "Oooooh, pretty sparkly things." And I proceed to try on a gorgeous natural Burmese ruby ring. It's blindingly hypnotic. And $16,000. Eeek! But I see the draw, ladies...why women are able to bamboozle their menfolk to spending thousands upon thousands of dollars on a bauble whose purpose does not feed nor house you. But it sure is pretty. I've already told my boyfriend I don't do engagement rings b/c they're a stupid waste of money, soo...but of course, my Southern girlfriend totally disapproves and says she will tell him otherwise b/c...well, it's "TRADITION".Anyways, I have to say, their inventory is tasteful, the store is understated and elegant, and the sales clerks are just so sweet, informative, and patient (read: not at all pushy).
