Island Flavor Bar & Grill

Great place. I went there for Thursday steak night. That was truly a great steak. Seasoned to perfection. Surrounded by a baked potato. Asparagus grilled and simple tossed salad wAs divine. Cheese toast was no joke. Good ole R&B music have you swaying while you eat

The jerk chicken is pretty good. We also got curry chicken. I heard the stewed chicken was also good. There was a constant flow of customers. Full service bar, pretty new and clean and Jamaican drinks.

My first time visiting and I'll definitely be back! I had the blackened shrimp salad with a side of steamed cabbage. Both are full of flavor. Not too overpowering. The salad was made with nice dark green lettuce, which is refreshing since most places like to use iceberg as a filler. The place a nice and clean. I'm satisfied!

Whoever is in that kitchen is doing the damn thing. Ordered the jerk wings with fries and they were amazing. The oxtail is out of this world!

The Jerk Chicken was really good, outside of Jamaica. Really cooked well good smoke, still moist and flavorful. The plantains were awesome and the callaloo was seasoned really well. The watermelon long island was really good flavorful, strong with almost no bite.

My husband and I had lunch here and the food was delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I had the jerk chicken entree and my husband had the bbq rib special. Both were really good which is why I rated them 5 stars.The spot is what I would consider a hole in the wall but that's where you find the best food. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time so getting seated and getting attentive service wasn't an issue. We will definitely visit again.

I rented this location for my moms birthday party. From the moment I contacted the manger with scheduling the hall she was very professional. The day of the event she went above and beyond to ensure my guest was happy. Highly recommend location for a party.

Have tried to go to this place a few times and they aren't always open. I can't even find a good phone number to call them (the one on the menu is disconnected). I work around the corner and would have loved to try them. Not even sure how, or if, they are still in business.
