Iridescence Healing

My Reiki session was really everything! I definitely felt a lot of energy moving throughout my session. Met is the best she was able to explain everything that was going on in my session. As I had my eyes closed, I saw purple & green lights. Met explained that was divine healing and something specifically pointing to my heart that I need to work on. Also that I need to practice more self-love for myself. Thank you so much Met for giving me so much insight & helping me become more lighter!

I came to Met at I time I was really struggling. I do feel like there are people who get more out of this than I did but it was still great to experience and I can say that things have gotten better since. I think this session helped my mental and brought me to other things that have opened my eyes and my mind(: if you're going through anything and your open minded I totally suggest trying it out at least once. Met is also a very lovely person and she even sent me some things to look into after I saw her.

Having only been to two previous reiki sessions from other practitioners, I decided to search for one that fit what I was looking for. I was drawn to Iridescense Healing and Reiki Master Met Salih. From the moment I was greeted by her, I felt a warm welcome and a feeling like I was supposed to find this place. Met takes every step to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. Even offering me a bottle of water before I even sat down! Her reiki space felt absolutely clear of negative energy and had a very inviting and soothing feel to it. The music playing was relaxing and the faint smell of sage clued me in that she takes everything into consideration before a session. Clearing the space first is an absolute key. The session itself was about an hour long and it was very powerful for both of us. Met, however, knew exactly what to do when it came to balancing my chakra points. In fact, at one point, she nearly had me break down into tears because my heart chakra needed a lot of work due to some emotional hurt I had experienced. She knew it and she helped me through it. That alone opened my eyes that Met truly knows her stuff when it comes to reiki. It was my first session with her and I'm already planning my next session in the next couple of weeks. Whether you are feeling down, feeling enlightened and happy, or simply need a recharge, go see Met. She is truly one of a kind and she is now my go-to crystal healer and reiki master! :)

This was my first reiki experience, and it was incredible. Met made me feel so comfortable throughout the visit. I felt as if I were just floating on a cloud after the session. I have been living in fear and negativity a lot lately, but after this visit, I have felt much more positive and filled with love. She truly is a healer.

I had heard of Reiki and decided to research a therapist and try it for the first time. I found Met in the NOLA area. She immediately put me at ease and guided me through what she was doing. I felt relaxed and comfortable with her. I learned the use of crystals in helping to balance! In particular at the end I was very encouraged at what she knew and shared specific to my energy levels. I went for a session with Met on my last visit to New Orleans based mainly on Yelp recommendations (thank you all!). I wanted to start my short vacation well-balanced, and scheduled with her for my first day in town.The studio is incredibly inviting and cozy. As soon as Met greeted me, her energy was warm and uplifting. I have been to a number of Reiki sessions in the past, and this was one of my best experiences. The techniques Met incorporates are holistic and fit directly for the individual. Her intuition is definitely In Tune, and she provided insights that I was able to focus on for the next few weeks. Also, my overall physical body felt absolutely electrified and elevated afterward. I highly recommend Met whether this is your first time experiencing Reiki, or, like myself, are familiar with the practice and need a recharge. Thank you thank you thank you, Met.

I made a visit to Iridescence Healing after feeling off, specifically unmotivated and disconnected. I knew that Met was special as soon as I talked to her. She has a vibe that is so pleasant to be around. My session was so relaxing and peaceful and afterwards, I felt so reconnected and my energy was pulsating. She gave me some advice on "aftercare" chakra work when my session was over. The feeling lasted a long time and I have since been able to reconnect to this side of myself. I have recommended her to several of my friends who are familiar with Reiki and some who are not. I would highly recommend her. I cannot wait to go back.

My experience with Met was astounding. We did a long distance healing and I have felt so spiritually charged since. She incorporated sound healing towards the end of our session and that was thoroughly enjoyed.. so beautiful honestly.She even showed me her lovely set up of all of the sound bowls in her studio. Met is extremely intuitive with amazing healing abilities. If you are looking for a reiki healing session, I would recommend 10/10!

My experience at Iridescence Healing was life-changing. I was nervous at first, but Met made me feel so comfortable and assured. I'm someone with chronic low-energy and quite a few emotional blockages and I felt incredibly different after my visit. Met tuned into my specific needs and pointed me in the right direction in terms of resources/advice so I can continue my own healing work. She both cares and knows what she is doing.
