Super friendly and knowledgeable. Everytime I come here service has been excellent. This store is our go to store for all our dance needs. My daughter has been dancing for almost a decade and Humbug has always come thru for us.They handle plus sizes and I have never had to worry about being embarrassed over size.They also have a large assortment of costumes.Highly reccommend this place.

Minimal selection for Mardi Gras colored attire. Staff was friendly.They have parking available.

I was hoping to swing back by for a full experience before I wrote this review, but the stars have not aligned and it has been a couple of months now. I came in the weekend before Halloween, a storm was passing thru that had knocked out power in various parts of the city, and little did I know they would be out of power here. They still wanted me to come in and look. An employee followed me around with a flashlight willing to help me. I found something, but would they be able to take payments? An employee ran around looking for reception on her cell phone and was able to process my credit card sale. I will be back, but I just wanted everyone to know that these people are amazing! Great job, plenty of options.

GREAT customer service! Not only did I get help picking out costume pieces, but some of the makeup was demo'd, too. The ladies tending the store were a trite tired from the busy season, but we got there at a good time, and they were all incredibly helpful and friendly. We also got a great deal on a corset!

This review is super late, but I had such a good experience here that it needed to be documented. I had tried ordering a very specific outfit for a costume party online, a month prior to the event, and it never came. The day of the party I was scrambling, trying to figure out how to salvage the look I was going for, and I heard a commercial for Humbug on the radio - it was fate. I went it and showed them a picture of the dress I'd ordered from elsewhere and asked if there was anything remotely like it in the store, and I was immediately brought a higher quality, beautiful, even better version of what I was looking for. The product quality was fantastic, the customer service was unbeatable (they even helped lace me into the corset and made sure to instruct me on how to do it later on) and it was just overall an unforgettable experience that I remain so grateful for, weeks later. I wish I had gone straight to them instead of trying to order from elsewhere, but I know now that's exactly what I'll be doing in the future, and highly recommend the same for everyone looking for a high quality costume and great customer service.
