Hot Wok

Pretty good take out spot. Typical Chinese dishes and prices. The chicken and broccoli was really good, awesome sauce on the dish. Conveniently located at the end of Walmart parking lot. Fast orders and friendly service. Will definitely try other dishes from here. I hate to say it but Lafayette is lacking in good Chinese joints.

Been coming here for years.. tonight we got the chicken teriyaki. Im 90% I bit into some sort of tail... Wtf hot wok. Called to make sure the weird orange chicken skewers were in fact the "chicken teriyaki" I ordered.The person on the food was a bit rude and screamed "that's how we do here"Will not be going back$36 and wasn't able to eat anything. My noodles were ruined from the overpowering orange sauce that drenched my meal. Im convinced that was NOT chicken.

Food is better than most, especially the Lo Mein noodles. I would give it a 5 star if you could sit inside the place. The price is also good and you get ample size portions.

I think the restaurant changed hands. The food doesn't taste the same. :( Sad gave. fried rice had a slighy sweet taste and the white rice was hard. Was my fave place in Laf. now I'm bummed

This is legit Chinese food . No fancy silverware just good hot food. It is very fast and always very good.

I dined inside and it was like eating in a hot oven.... Food was below my mediocre....not much personality!!... Never going back....

Rating is judged on available Chinese in this area. It's by far the best I've found in 20 years since canton city inn closed. Boneless chicken is a good one!

I'd stay away from any chicken, it's a little undercooked & extremely slimy. But as for as the bean curd & veggies, those were very good. I also got the lo mein that I wouldn't recommend.

Good food , portions weren't great tho a large plate wasn't as big as I expected. A long delivery wait also
