Have bought many Honda's from Superior and wouldn't go anywhere else.Over the years I have been treated like family and the employees listen to my needs.Once you purchase your vehicle they don't forget about you. The service department is there to help you with any problems that you might have.Great dealership on the Westbank!!!

I am over this dealership! A few years ago when I took in my 2017 Pilot for a recall they tried to sell me a battery telling me mine was bad which it was not! This past Monday 2:10/25 called about 2 recalls on my 2023 Pilot and was told I had to schedule with a service tech who would call me back. After 2 days I called back today 2/12/25 and was now told that the parts are on back order which was why I had not been called ... I don't care just call me back. I then called Royal Honda across the river and they told me no parts are needed for these recalls and were able to schedule me right away! I then called Harvey back to inform them of what I had learned and was told the manager was in a meeting but would call me in 10 minutes. Well it's been 30 min and no call back. This IS NOT how you treat paying customers who have been there with many Hondas and purchased a few from you as well! I only gave one star because I could not go lower!

PAY ATTENTION.. DON'T THINK " IT WON'T HAPPEN TO ME". I saw a used certified for a good price and went down to look, maybe buy. The whole experience was shady as eff. The mileage on the listing didn't match the mileage on the carfax or the odometer. The answers were elusive, nobody " really" knew or would tell me why there were discrepancies. I ended up buying the car because I needed something in a hurry and the price was fair. But the service was pretty poor, the detailing was half assed, and the incompetent finance dept made me wait for my plates before someone with some sense FINALLY intervened.I have to do scheduled maintenance and there's no way I want to deal with these folks again.You can do WAYYYYYYYYYYY better than this place. That's my only way to try to respond this message! D'Lanor Smith straight up LIED throughout the response. 1) I never even mentioned about running MY credit. The accusation is THEM running my husband's credit. They DID have permission to run it for the ORIGINAL vehicle. The junk one. You know, the one without issues during the test drive but after it was taken to the back it no longer worked... yea THAT one. Past that, no credit was authorized to be ran - particularly for the 2020 that we needed the price they were going to sell it for. As mentioned already they had claimed they just got it in and didn't know what they were listed for. So we were waiting for THAT only. NOT what it'd be for us, but what they were going to LIST it as. That was it. 2) D'Lanor Smith claims I was never at the dealership and it was only my husband. Well, the dash cam footage of my car would suggest otherwise as I'm sure their security footage. Even my kids came on a few trips. No, I was not there in the room with her at THAT particular time. But how about ask Anthony or Ryan... you know, the two sales associates we had worked with. Or how about the finance lady - I was in the room telling her everything about this b.s. situation when he signed for the 2020. 3) D'Lanor Smith claims they gave him "more money" for this 2018 "trade in" you know - the broken piece of crap they tried to pawn off on us and act like they didn't know better... Umm, they did not do that. They gave him the exact trade in value (supposedly). NOTHING MORE. I'm not the first one to say D'Lanor Smith is dishonest according to other reviews since she became a GM.So from this experience, make sure you all RECORD EVERY interaction you have - especially at this LYING and DISHONEST dealership!

My friend Carroll had a terrible experience. They could not figure out the problem with her car's computer. She thought she'd have to buy a new car. Finally she took it to another repair shop and they fixed the problem immediately for $300.00.

CAUTION! Don't recommend this dealership pre-owned "certified" what a joke, dont believe me find out for yourself.... These salesmen are terrible people who are trained to make you think your getting a good deal and will be your bestfriend until you sign the papers. CAUTION!They dont replace pre owned car batteries when they certify them.... I had to replace mine 3 months after getting the car costed me an extra 350$ and when I took it to back to this dealership they told me they had no idea what was wrong. Safe to say they are idiots who are after young people and old people in need of vehicles.

The new owners of this Honda dealership are nothing like the former owners. Very uncooperative when I bought my last car here. The worst buying experience ever. Finance kept me waiting for hours. I've been buying Hondas at Superior Honda for 25 years and this is no superior dealership anymore. Furthermore, I've been trying to schedule some warranty service. I called twice and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. Look elsewhere if you want a Honda is my advice.

Jonathan Caside was very helpful with our questions about a Lincoln Nautilus I had found online. Emails, texts, calls back and forth and we decide want the car. They can only hold it for 4 hours?!? We live 2 hours away!!! Jump and FLY down, get there by 2:30. Jonathan does our initial paperwork by 3:15, but we have to wait to finalize it with Monic. There is no loan. We don't get started until 5:30! I had searched nationwide of the color combo on this Nautilus, so finding it in Harvey was a major plus. However, Mississippi car deals have SO MUCH less paper "sign here, sign here, initial that, initial that!"Thanks, Jonathan, for helping us get my dream car!
