I was very hesitant to come here after reading all these negative reviews about this place but glad I gave them a try. I've learn that not all reviews are true because sometime customers just didn't get their way so they bad mouth a business just for spike. I ordered the 4 roll lunch special and the Yakisoba / Udon seafood. The presentation togo order was nicely packed and looks fresh. My rolls were all fresh tasting and my seafood Udon was a little bland but a little Sriracha fix that real quick. They also serve Chinese food besides Japanese food.

We had the egg drop soup, soft shell crab roll, special brothers roll, general Tso's chicken, house special fried rice, boiled crawfish. Food was so well seasoned we didn't even need soy sauce to enjoy like many Japanese/Chinese restaurants I have tried before. Crawfish was the best, spicy and delicious.

Their menu is very large. Which is usually a bad thing in the restaurant large. In this case with with Hina Hot it's horrible thing. We've tried everything from sushi to lo mein, and hibachi dishes all were very hit and miss. Portion size is weird and can vary based on the dish.
