I am an event planner and at a week's notice had to find a replacement caterer for my upcoming wedding. Ms. Dionne stepped in and made it happen for me. This is my second time working with her for an event and it has always been a pleasant experience. Not to mention the food is amazing as well. The guests raved about all the food! Especially her gumbo and jalapeno stuffed peppers!

Our ladies' group contacted Dionne to cater our holiday event on short notice. She and the Highly Seasoned Catering staff went above and beyond and stayed within our budget! The food was fresh, high quality and tasted unbelievably delicious!. We had a few dietary restrictions, which they honored. The ladies especially enjoyed the spicy rosemary garlic drumettes and the shrimp rolls, among others. Highly recommended!

I used Highly Seasoned Catering to cater food for a Bachelorette in New Orleans July 4th weekend. The company had great reviews but very few at the time so I was a little nervous but there weren't many caterers available due to the Essence weekend events. Dionne of Highly Seasoned Catering is the consummate professional with great customer service. Every year I use them to cater the Zulu Ball. My food is always on time, always delicious, always to my guest satisfaction. This year I added an extra menu item, red beans and rice, so tasty is full of meat.
