Hideout Bar

Well, we were here prior to the terror attack a couple days before and it was our favorite bar. There was room to stand, it was easy to order a drink, and the prices were fair. Came out to about $33 for 2 cocktails. My bf wasn't a huge fan of their Sazerac, but me personally I loved my drink. I think mine was called Strawberry Basil. They had a live singer/dancer who was so much fun and really got the vibes up. I hope bourbon street to recover soon. Lots of love.

Beware of this place. We believe my friend and I were drugged. We had items stolen and cards were used. It created a horrible experience to the end of our trip. Luckily, I was still able to fly back home without a phone.From locals I know, they say this place has always been a shady place. Very much drawing in tourist for stealing and other shady things.

Fantastic experience. Michael and Ian were my tenders and Kes was my entertainment for 3 hours. And some of the best time I spent in NOLA

My husband and I spent a few different days/nights here during our quick trip to New Orleans. Live music was pretty good and vibes were awesome. Service was fine, drinks were pretty decent.

Small but personable bar/bartendress...Great music by Kes. She took requests and did a fantastic job accommodating those requests!I had a fun time in here, but didn't stay past one set, time to move onto the next bar, but I'd definitely be back and try the frozen Tang thing in the machine. It looked fun and they gave me a taste of it to try...

Hideout is not exactly hidden, being as it is on Bourbon. It is under appreciated though! The music is consistently awesome and the bartenders are as friendly as you'll find in the French Quarter. The obscured inner courtyard is a superb spot to watch a game and feel like you've landed at a backyard bbq (with a bunch of strangers and no grill). I frequent Hideout whenever I'm in that part of Nola.

Came to New Orleans with some ghost hunting friends and we found the most amazing and historic bar on Bourbon Street. It had everything you would want in a bar , including live music, a back patio, with a giant skeleton, and the most delicious hotdogs that are made out of burnt ends. Look out Guy F, Krissy K The Ghost Wryder Got to it first! We even got a drink and a take-home mug for $5.You can't get that anywhere in New Orleans , except here. if you want just a bit of lunch and a drink in the afternoon before you head out to find all the Spooky spots, this is the place to be in NOLA.The Hideout! Super Good all around!

Service was horrible. They took forever to serve us ... oh and The Server stole my cell phone. I knew it was her and she denied it. We asked for the manager and to see the security system and of course the footage was from the main office. Beware and enter at your own risk.

An employee grabbed a bag we had in a chair. My husband pushed her hand off and I retrieved my bag from the chair.Another girl stands outside by our chairs pointing and asking the other girl questions.I walked up to her and explained what occurred. I finished by stating no one should be touching any bag. The girl then tells me that they can touch any fucking bag they want because they are managers. Rude, disrespectful and totally unprofessional is how I would describe this place.

Fair prices for fair food, nothing really exciting or impressive about the food but it was not bad. The southern food including the crawfish, jambalaya and red beans with rice were a bit gluggy... the grilled chicken was a little dry but not bad
