Wonderful place to dine! Everything we ordered was delicious. The Muscovy Duck had a wonderfully crispy skin and the citrus dressing accompanying it was perfect as well. The French fries are also a must order - fried to perfection. The showstopper was absolutely the Brown Butter Banana Tart with vanilla ice cream! It was one of the best desserts I've had in a while. Must try if you love salted caramel. Service was quick and everyone was very nice! They were very patient with any of our questions and requests. Everything our waitress suggested we order was delicious, including the cocktail - Always Sunny - very fresh and fruity! Ambiance was beautiful. Fit for any type of dinner - friends/family gathering, romantic dates alike.

Corner, airy, fashionable restaurant. I started my meal with the classic gumbo - shrimp and crawfish, y'all. Had that file gumbo distinctive flavor that I longed for. I also had their Sancerre by-the-glass - complex and interesting. I then enjoyed the squash salad. Get this! The squash cubes are marinated in Italian dressing, greatly adding that oregano and basil tastes and filling the cubes with lots of flavor. I finished with the cornmeal-coated and lightly fried oysters.I liked the vibe in the place. Many folks were enjoying the cozy bar.Michael checked on me often.

wanted to try this spot for so long and decided to finally give it a try. It's your standard restaurant setup with a back room in the CBD. Pretty busy for lunch rush but noise was tolerable. Limited menu, but each dish appeared meticulously planned..down to the garnishes. Glass of Syrah was a 7 with skimpy pour. Had the special fish of the day, sheepshead on a bed of cabbage. Enjoyed the flavor canon, but need not order again.

Delicious food, lovely environment, I can see why this place is always packed. There's fortunately usually a bar seat or two available. Ordered the shrimp ceviche and the wagyu tartare. Really love the base of the ceviche, it was this spicy red tomato base, and the dish had great texture and a crunch. The tartare was amazing, lots of flavor, and love the bread that comes with it. Wish I had stomach space to order more but gives me reason to come back!

It was an Antoon being building hidden behind construction welding of some sort. What a jam! Rib was so awesome, and they were able to cater to my gluten-free diet. The espresso martini was incredible, with its frothy, real cream, chocolate, 3 signature beans, and of course, real espresso!

I was completely blown away by Herbsaint!! The duck was the highlight of my entire week-long gastronomic trip, easily one of the best meals I had. The duck was cooked to perfection in its own fat, the duck was incredibly tender and flavorful. The skin was crispy, and was a perfect contrast to the duck meat that melts in your mouth. Accompanying the duck was dirty rice, which is an impeccable addition to the dish. The rice is seasoned wonderfully and completes the duck and adds depth to the meal. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance is also welcoming and sophisticated which enhances the dining experience. If you're in New Orleans, Herbsaint is an absolute must visit!
