Amazing Artist with a Unique Vision!David Harouni's work is a must-see in New Orleans. His paintings are full of raw emotion, with bold strokes and hauntingly expressive faces that seem to tell stories of their own. His studio is a hidden gem, offering a glimpse into his creative process and a chance to see his striking pieces up close. Harouni's art captures the spirit of the human condition in a way that feels both intimate and universal. Whether you're a seasoned art lover or just curious, visiting his studio is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

In my opinion- this gallery is the best in New Orleans. Gallertist, David Harouni, is a burgeoning Artist with fans flocking to buy his pieces from all over the world. I am a sucker for sculpture and could have spent all day gazing at his work. Stop in- you will appreciate everything you see. xo

Great Royal street location. We met the artist and he has great work and a good story. We noticed some of his work in the movies.

One day I would like to be able to curate my own art collection from little known artists but the prices on such pieces are prohibitively expensive for my champagne tastes and beer budget. So for now, I can at least gawk for free at galleries. This place is worth a stop, the art is hauntingly beautiful and really fits with the city of New Orleans. It's a small, welcoming space with beautiful pieces on display (some in various stages of completion). Browsers are welcome and seem to be encouraged! At least I was.

Fabulous. We have several pieces of his work collected over the years. I believe I bought my first one the day he opened his gallery. We enjoy them so much and get so many inquiries about his work. So miss passing his gallery every day.

The art is unlike most that you will find. It has a creepy beauty to it, if that makes any sense (I am talking about the majority of the art, not all). The artist is very nice and down to earth. I recommend going by and checking his art out. Its not the typical New orleans art youll see at most galleries. Youll either love it or hate it. Its a nice gallery, too, and in the heart of the Quarter so get a drink and wander in. Be prepared to spend $$$$$ if you see anything you like.

We were stunned by the powerful art in this gallery while walking Royal Street and immediately went in and purchased a print. It was beautifully framed and ready to hang in our home. It was carefully wrapped for travel home, and we are proud to have it in our living room.

I live in San Jose, California. I've visited art museums and galleries the world over. I am myself an artist. I discovered Harouni years ago while wandering around the French Quarter ..... and fell immediately in love with his work. I have been following him ever since. His work is emotional, moving, evocative, involving and amazing. He captures in the ever fascinating human face a pathos of being alive in challenging times...times of love and loss, disappointment and rapture, curiosity and boredom, agony and ecstasy.....Harouni captures it all. Those who have compassion and empathy for fellow beings will love this work. Those who know fine art will love this work. His technique and command of paint on canvas, now sculpture, is arresting. I will never tire of seeing past works and look forward to new works as he continues to evolve this topic...which he sees in his own unique way.
