Driving by on a Friday evening, I saw a sign here that advertised a Friday special for a fish plate special for $7.99. I went in and found this hidden treasure in Harahan. There are so many options to choose from.. They have sandwiches, seafood platters, and Asian cuisine to name a few things on the menu. They also serve breakfast (pancakes, grits, etc.) Duly noted for my next visit. Lol.I stuck with the special for the day. The food was cooked to order and was piping hot. I got eight pieces of medium sized fish. This was more than enough,, so I got leftovers (yay). The fish was seasoned well and the fries were evenly salted and hot. The wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes, which isn't bad. They have minimal seating inside. But no worries there; they have outdoor seating also. Though it's not that appealing esthetically outside, don't let that stop you from trying the food here. It's pretty good. I was very satisfied.

I love Mr. Tran's kitchen. Him and his staff work so hard to accommodate whatever you sandwich fancy is. Don't let the name fool you. Very good food.

I love the fish plates they're really good.Friday they're only 6.99 you cannot beat their fish comes with fries or potato salad for a dollar more. I eat their fish every Friday sometimes during the week as well you can't go wrong with their fish.

Old stompin ground, catfish poor effort ...hold the carbs,ordered(potato salad) fries cold.....quality ain't here no more! 'gumbo' is just bouillon old fried chicken and cheaper sausage! Sad but very true....

Food is always made fresh every time I come here! The hot sausage egg and cheese on toast is my fave. Their lunch menu is also really good and affordable. Always great service when i come.
