Guy's new look store front!
Break repair. Guy showed me the wear on my old pad compared to the new brake pad. Repaired the brake and rotor for us same day!
As a AAA Approved NAPA Autocare Center, we look forward to servicing your vehicle and keeping you on the road!
Getting a squirrel out from under my hood. They were definitely troopers and made sure the squirrel was ok.
Nice little charging station for when you are waiting!

Guy saved our family trip to Florida! Fixed a leak in our engine coolant pipe same day in a very thoughtful way! Thanks again Guy!

Brought the car in about 2-3 months ago to have the starter changed. Great job, 1 day turn around. Now, half way to work one morning at a red light the car started idling really rough, trying to kill. Had to keep revving it to keep it going. All the dash lights lighting up. The car guys at work say its most likely the MAF sensor. I changed that but still the same problem. Brought it to the shop.3 days later they call me, they found the problem. On the manifold, theres a bolt that fell out creating an air leak. He says he noticed I have a new starter. Probably whoever changed the starter thought he needed to remove that bolt.I go to pick it up expecting no charges but he has a bill for me. I asked why, since he told me the guy that changed the starter probably did it. He asked who changed it and I told him they did. "Well, why didnt you have problems for 3 months?""I thought that same thing. My best guess is he put it back but didnt tighten it. 3 months of vibration did it.""No way my guys did that. Nobody knows why that bolt fell out."Im not trying to say anything bad about their work, forgetting to tighten one bolt happens. I just didnt feel I should be charged for it.Business ethics. It was a simple mistake, but its pretty obvious what happened.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If you're a single woman looking for a place to take your car, DO NOT GO HERE. Employee Glen and Owner Guy are sweet as pie until they GET YOUR MONEY. Today I picked up my BMW to the tune of $1200 for tests and ignition coils. After leaving the lot and getting 10 miles away, I noticed that my turn signals were not automatically switching off (like they used to BEFORE I brought it in). I called in immediately. I explained my situation, and Glen turned into a raging monster (was the nicest guy on the planet a day ago), told me I was "calling him a liar" and that "he didn't think I had the money to repair anything else", and claimed that they "already knew that was happening". Then he actually and blatantly hung up me.I felt like his remarks were RACIST, DISRESPECTFUL, MISLEADING, and plain rude.I had to call back to speak with the owner, Guy. He had a little more empathy but wasn't much better, oh but he DID offer me the opportunity to bring it back in to get worked in again! Unbelievable.Being a business owner myself, the fact that Guy keeps people like Glen on his staff is one thing; everyone know there's a little shade in every mechanic, but to defend him and actually expect someone to give them MORE money????STAY CLEAR AWAY.

Brought my car to Guys to fix a coolant leak. One week after the $2000 repair, the coolant leak was worse than ever. Not only did they not fix the leak, but they also damaged the fan shroud, and left the skid plate hanging under the car.I was hoping to find a good mechanic since they came highly recommended. I was thoroughly disappointed.

I never had an experience as bad as this. I needed my A/C repaired. I was charged $312 and it still doesn't work. As I was reading the invoice, I was told that the compressor is weak, there might be a leak, if it doesn't work I should come back. I don't understand why they didn't fix it in the first place and why charge $312 for nothing.

I have been in many auto repair shops before in three different countries and two different states, and without any doubt, this was my worse experience. We spent over $1,200 just to have our car smoking while driving on the freeway within only a few hours. $140 to do the scan, $370 just to replace a battery, and about $700 for a engine ignition coil. We thought it was over when only a few hours from picking the car up, it started to smoke while driving on the freeway. After a new inspection, they presented us with another $772 bill to replace the thermostat, which never gave us any problem. Out of the $772, $426 for labor and $39.98 to add the water (if you go to any auto store is about $19 for the highest quality). After denying paying because of suspicion about the overall situation, they called me the day after offering me a $100 discount that adds more doubt to this business's honesty ever. Not to mention that when I called initially to report the issue, the person over the phone acted unprofessionally, and after I refused to pay more money, the bold mechanic with the beard slammed the door of my wife's car to me.We are talking about a 2012 car with barely 91,000 miles, not a relict. Finally, this is the second review that I write ever. I am not a person who uses my time to complain about others over the Internet, but I believe it essential to report this event to prevent others from going through what we went through.
