Pretty average of the souvenir shops in the French Quarter. Like the many other places around, prices are a little elevated, but they do have a fairly wide selection of trinkets, clothing, and other merchandise. Just beware that purchases are final!

Hah! I know owning/working at a gift shop isn't a dream job but wow people are visiting the city on vacation having a good time and the attitude whoever was working told me I couldn't take photos of the merchandise (as if it's not the same merchandise that's in any nola gift shop) then proceeded to call me a stupid ass. Also called me a liar when I showed her a scratch on some glasses they had for sale! Happy Mardi Gras!

This is a horrible over priced place! They suck! Wish I could give them no stars! The lady there has horrible customer service and she tried to cheat my mom!My mom had $35.00 worth of items and when she left the store her total was $54.00! We checked the receipt and she charges her $14.99 more, we went back and told the lady she was over charging my mom, the lady pointed at her sign and said there was no returns or exchanges! I confronted the lady and I said excuse me this was your mistake, and she said no, it was the cash registers mistake and I can not give her money back, she has to get something work the 14.99! I was furious. My mom then went and got a coffee mug and it was $12.99, she brought it to the register and the lady said "you are gonna owe me taxes on this! " I was so mad!!!! Please do yourself a favor and just go next door, they are nicer and have better prices!

Great gift and souvenir shop on Decatur Street. It's larger, cleaner and more organized then some of the shops closer to Bourbon Street. I also, found the prices to be a little bit less expensive. So walk a little further and enjoy a cheaper price and larger selection of product. They lured me in with a display that was close to the main street entrance. It was a couple of racks with dog related plaques and magnets. Being a Sheltie lover and having to find a gift for my pet sitter who also loves the breed, it was perfection. The staff was friendly and personable. As I was being rung out, they asked about my dogs, which for me is like asking about my kids. You ask, I will gladly show you a picture or two. Great selection, service and prices. I'd shop here again. When: August 29, 2016Why: Sheltie Merchandise

This store has horrible customer service. I had 3 items, I told them to take one off and they gave me an attitude about it. Once they gave me the total I realized they took off an item that was 7.99 instead of 8.99. I told the cashier and she started throwing things around mumbling stuff. I was so upset by her attitude and told her I didn't want anything so she threw the things on the counter and she said "bye get out of here!" I've never experienced that kind of customer in my life. I hope no one else has this experience.

Big store, lots of options. Prices decent compared to other shops. The cashier was dismissive, unfriendly and brusque. Rudeness is an automatic 2 star deduction. We weren't asking for the moon, just for a bag with handles (which they had). Apparently spending $100 isn't enough to warrant one.

A great place for souvenirs and definitely a lot of stuff you wouldn't find at any of the other souvenir gift shops. I was able to find souvenir spoons here! They also had cute magnets and other little creative art works I hadn't seen anywhere else. Reasonably priced, great products, and well organized.

This souvenir shop is dingy and dirty. I picked up a cookbook and it was covered with dirt. The lady behind the counter was talking on the speaker phone. Hard pass on this shop, as there are too many other gift and souvenir shops in the French Quarter.

Incredibly disappointed and disgusted. My husband (who is black) and I were enjoying a beautiful day walking around New Orleans. Once we entered this place, they made my 41 year old husband very uncomfortable by following him around and making eye gestures toward another. We had just walked in and within seconds they were staring at him and following him. He let me know what was happening and we immediately left. I am disgusted. Not surprised to see other reviews say the same. Please stay away and bring your business and hard earned money somewhere else. They are racist and make customers uncomfortable based on skin-color. Disgusted.
