Gulf Coast Crawfish

We had Evan cater a crawfish party for 20 and it was so easy. He brought everything that was needed from the boiler to the crawfish and oysters to the broiler for the oysters down to the table coverings and forks. He and Billy assured that everything was perfect, so professional and fun. I had Evans crawfish many times when he was doing the boil at Urban South Brewery and he has this recipe down. I always love that he uses fresh corn on the cob instead of the frozen corn that many boilers use. That attention to detail is what really makes Gulf Coast oyster Company special. I would hundred percent recommend them for your next party because it takes hassle out of throwing a crawfish boil, the crawfish turn out perfectly cooked , and they clean up! Purchased the final pounds of crawfish from Gulf Coast at their pop-up at Miel Brewery. The crawfish were huge and delicious--perfect amount of spice. Some places skimp on seasoning the fixings, but rest assured, Gulf Coast does it right with your corn and potatoes.

Legit Louisiana crawfish every time. Evan and his crew always have the best boils no matter how big or small. Shrimp is excellent too. Consistently delicious flavors and not afraid to bring da heat. Perfect addition to Urban South Brewery or wherever you can catch them.

Gulf Coast Crawfish always cooks their seafood perfectly, never over or undercooked. You can tell the oysters, shrimp, crawfish, and crab legs are fresh from the texture and the natural flavor. They are also perfectly seasoned where there is just the right amount of seasoning to accentuate the fresh flavor of the seafood. Did I mention their shrimps are HUGE? Like palm-sized at times! I often eat off a 1lb for a few days, repurposing in omelets, salads, pastas. The servings come with sides of sausage, potato, and corn, and sometimes they'll throw in a little lagniappe. If you haven't tried GCC yet, go seek them out the next time they are Urban South or elsewhere around town. 10/10 would recommend.
