Super cute and colorful mural! Perfect for a shot to take back home from NOLA. Located on Magazine Street away from the craziness in the French Quarter. There are many shops around. Perfect area to stroll around. It was not very busy. We went on a Sunday at 4:30 PM.

Its a sign! A beautiful painted sign in a nice area where you can take your picture, or better yet have someone take your picture with the sign!

Mural address: 2104 Magazine St. New Orleans, LA 70130This mural is on the corner of Magazine and Josephine and is a ways away from the French Quarter. It is very similar to the one in Austin and other cities across the country. This is the design of the mural and the symbols of each of the letters (pulled from https://www.greetingstour.com/murals/nola):N - Masquerade Mask, St. Louis CathedralO - St. Louis Cathedral, New Orleans Skyline, Brass Band, Mardi Gras BeadsL - New Orleans Skyline, Brass Band, Mardi Gras BeadsA - Fleur-de-lis (Saints), Superdome, Crawfish BoilBackground: Mississippi River, Brown Pelican There's also a hidden alligator in the mural that I was unable to find after staring at the mural for a while. Originally designed to be the "modern postcard" this mural does a great job of displaying New Orleans' unique charm and everything that it has to offer.

The Greetings From NOLA mural came from a couple of people who travel around in an RV, and New Orleans stuck out to them. After much time spent looking around to be able to do a mural and asked many places, looked up the rules, and had issues coming up with a wall to paint on. I guess you could say they hit a few walls along the way. Supposedly there are some easter eggs hidden in the mural like an alligator, which is funny since they are across the street from The Great Alligator Museum! Anywho, I highly recommend this spot for a photo op for everyone! This is close to many things of interest, stores and restaurants.
