Greenwood Gator Farm

I had contacted Greenwood Gator Farms about a tour through their website on June 30, 2023. On July 1, I received a reply from a Tim Domangue that they had a tour at 10:30a that morning. When I replied that I did not see the email until later on that day and asked if they were doing tours every Saturday at 10:30a I got no reply. So I came out July 15th and arrived before 10:30a and they were not doing a full tour again until 1:30p. Well, there is not much in the immediate area so I sat and thought about it. The gal I spoke to in person seemed torn between wanting to do a tour just for me then or have me wait. She had just finished a tour of boy scouts and I can only imagine she was tired already. She offered me to pay half the price and just go back and look at the animals they have in cages in back and I agreed. I paid and bought some food as well. It was pretty cool and I got some pictures of the animals. I was trying to stretch out my time in the area until the next tour, but I couldn't. Friendly employees. Only four stars because of the lack of response to my email.
