Green Tea Sushi Bar

I love this sushi place! It's super quick and the sushi is so good! I get the lipstick roll and it is extremely tasty! The service is also super quick! This place is definitely one of my go tos for sushi!!

We eat here about 2 times a week! Their sushi is wonderful!! Great customer service & Clean environment!!

Food was so fresh. Nice place. Great location. Parking was good as well. Staff was quick. They do have a bar, so drinks are available. Even though I ordered off the lunch menu my food was still close to 35 dollars, so if your looking for lunch & not spend a lot then I wouldn't recommend, cause it's pricey.

I am writing this in the hopes that no one else ends up paying way more than they anticipated. We ordered some rolls and requested soy paper - we found out later that it's an extra $3 per roll. We were not informed prior to the rolls being made that this charge had changed... had we known, we would've just ordered elsewhere. If you're buying 2-3 inexpensive rolls, the extra charge for soy paper could literally buy another roll or two. Keep this in mind before ordering here. They would do well to be upfront about major price changes.

I keep going back to Green Tea. The quality of their fish surpasses other sushi restaurants in Covington. This is one of the few sushi places that does not make my stomach upset after eating. They are a little pricey for the size of their rolls, but I'll pay more for better quality every time.

Sushi wasn't bad but I paid over $60 for the least amount of Sushi I've ever had . I won't be going back.

The takeout service sucks. They charge you for go containers without telling and are way too stingy with the wasabi and ginger and soy sauce packets, even when you politely request more. To be clear, I'm not asking for huge quantities more. But a little more than the usual would be nice. We ordered four rolls tonight and only one container (two rolls) came with a negligible amount of ginger and wasabi. The other two rolls (in another container) came with nothing. Despite us specifically asking for extra on the phone, we actually received less than what is standard. For three years we have been dining in and ordering takeout here. And for that long, whenever we order takeout and request extra ginger and wasabi on a takeout order, we never get it. They always tell us they will throw a little extra in and it never happens. They never forget to charge us extra $ for the to-go containers, though. To be clear, we're not asking for entire containers of extras stuff. Just a little extra. At least enough ginger and wasabi for each of the rolls we order. And frankly, if you're going to charge us for the go container, then go ahead and charge us for the extra ginger and wasabi too. By all means please do! I just want to enjoy my expensive sushi meal- is that so much to ask for? Apparently it is, and we are fed up with it, so we are going down the street from now on to get our sushi, where at least they don't secretly charge us for go containers while simultaneously not providing enough condiments.

It's decent. Decent sushi, decent prices. Can still get expensive though.Service definitely needs work.This place has changed hands so many times, it's hard to keep up. I think the current owners used to work at Yujin?It was very empty when we went so we had our choice of where we wanted to sit. I think it's cute how they've set up the little booths with half walls separating them. The decor is adorable as well. It was a little bit hot inside but we are in the full swing of summer. I made a comment that it was hot outside and our waitress proceeded to tell the manager/owner? that we were complaining about the temp in the restaurant. She asked us if we needed anything every 5 minutes. Then took our plates away (and almost our chopsticks) before we were even finished eating. And then she took 15 minutes to come take the bill from me because she wanted to talk to her new table about their baby and hold it. Idk it just made the whole experience feel weird and like we were unwelcome there. Idk if she's maybe new to the whole waitressing thing?Anyways, I will try it again since it's right by my house and it wasn't awful like the previous incarnations.

The food was great!! The service was amazing, and the ambiance is comforting and intimate.

HORRIBLE!I got 2 rolls togo and felt something in it i spit it out and unwrapped it and it was SARAN WRAP.Are total was $28 and the worker only gave us $6 back!They charge you for togo containers with out letting you know. We will never go back!!
