I've passed this store for many years and decided to pop in for the first time with my family in town. We were hovered over by the shop owner and my cousin was rudely confronted immediately as she took a picture of something. It was like the shop manager/owner was just waiting to strike at her.Maybe she should learn if she wants to earn someone's business she should learn how to approach the situation with a little more kindness. Would NOT recommend giving this place business.

Lovely little shop in the French Quarter. We have purchased several things from here. Earnings, hand carved wooden mask and wall decoration. The owner was there this time and he was so nice and personable.

The artwork in here was very cool! The rings she had on display were some of the most beautiful rings I have ever seen. Pricey but for good reason. Had I any money to spend on art or a ring I would have done both here. customer service was amazing. She was friendly, talkative, an expert in her craft of rings... loved it all.

I got my first pair of earring from the Earring Lady! The store has beautiful art and jewelry with unique character so very one of a kind (love the shoe story paintings). Particularly, my eyes were caught by the earrings which never happens since I don't have my ears pierced (in my 30+ years of life). Sandy, the Earring Lady, could convert the earrings into clip-ons and did so onsite for me! She adjusted the tightness and made sure I was comfortable (I got clip-ons before which hurt or didn't feel right). I can't believe I'm wearing earrings for the first time in my life! And they are so beautiful!

Several year ago I purchased a beautiful painting by Ralph Richards at this gallery/gift shop. The artists studio was nearby so we got to pay him a visit and see other works in progress.

Owner has a serious anger issue. Gate was open, door was open, lights were on, OPEN SIGN WAS OUT. We were standing on the sidewalk, and a friend went into the business to look, she was followed out by the owner while he yelled at her. He then proceeded to pick up the open sign and throw it. Extremely unprofessional, and immature. I highly recommend he seek therapy since he's clearly insane.

I had an awful experience checking out this store. While in the store, I took a photo of something nice so I could share with my friend, discussing if we can buy it together as a birthday gift for another friend. When I was exiting the store, the owner told me: it's bad luck to take photos in shops in America. First of all, are you trying to assume that I'm not American so you would say "in America"? Did you assume this because of my ethnicity? I have been in US for major part of my life and I've never heard this 'bad luck' thing before. Secondly, if you don't want people to take photos, you can have a board saying this at the entrance. I was obeying this in other stores with a board. You can also ask me to delete the photo, which I already deleted because it was reminding me of this bad interaction. Cursing people like that is neither professional or nice.

The service of the owner was an absolute nightmare! He was screaming at us to get out of the back room where we saw more merchandise. He called us fucking idiots for entering the room. There were no signs stating that is was off limits, no rope, just the lights off. We complied, however he continued to rant and rave! He went as far as to tell us to go back were we came from. Little did he know... we are locals.

I stopped in while walking through the French Quarter. The woman working was very kind, helpful and had a great sense of humor. I bought some unique earrings and some wall art. Nice selection of one of a kind pieces.

Beautiful and fun art gallery. Beautiful jewelry pieces; the earring lady seemed to be able to understand what rings would appeal and "fit" me- she also was fair in negotiating price and I am very happy with my purchase and the experience of visiting!
