Hired Melissa to cater my bachelor party and did not disappoint! She was communicative, timely and easy to work with. The food was top notch. We got fried chicken, crawfish with all the fixings, jambalaya, beans, bread pudding...the works. Everyone raved about the food and we did not leave NOLA hungry. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing chef! I hired Chef Melissa Lambert to do a private dinner for 2 for my husbands 39th birthday. It was in our home, where I set up a romantic setting and she was our personal chef. I purchased a 6 course meal and requested her to serve and describe each dish. The food was prepared fresh and from scratch. Our menu consist of :1st course( hors d'oeuvre) Mini Crab Cakes w/Remoulade Sauce 2nd course(soup) Chicken & Sausage Gumbo w/White Rice 3rd course (salad) Garden Salad Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing 4th course ( (Palate) Vodka Lemon Sorbet 5th Course (main) Pan Fried Redfish Rice Pilaf Green Beans 6th (dessert) Turtle cheesecake.Her presentation was that of a 5 star restaurant and the taste of it ALL was exquisite. Chef Melissa was accommodating to all of our needs, flexible, professional and had the most pleasant personality and demeanor about herself. This was definitely an experience my husband and I will never forget. I will be using her in the near future for all of my catering needs.

Mrs. Melissa with Gourmet Queen catered my wife's and I wedding and we're very glad we decided to go with her! We had about 85-90 guests and had more than enough food, people went home with food. Mrs. Melissa went above and beyond to add small details to make the day feel even more special, she is more than a caterer to us but became a friend. Her and her team are very personal and professional, the whole process through out and experience with her was a pleasure. The food was delicious, we had seafood Alfredo, jambalaya, muffulettas, empanadas, bruschettas, Caesar salad, and a nice custom charcuterie board! We will go with her for our future catering needs

Chef Lambert prepares and delivers the most delicious meals at a very reasonable price. We order two to four meals every week instead of having to cook. Highly recommend
