I have been dealing with Mr. Goldman since 2000 when they were in the lake forest plaza mall in New Orleans East. However since being taken over by his nephew the quality of jewelry is not the same. Within 5mins of wearing my necklace it popped. I paid nearly $300 for this necklace and it didn't even make it out the house. Save your money people and invest in REAL gold. Because this ain't it.

a year agoI ordered a 36 inch cuban link from Jazz at Goldman and he told me my chain would be ready in 4 to 6 weeks and I actually got it back in a week that really made my day because I was soo anxious to get I really appreciate doing business with yall.

Horrible Service, Try to rush you to purchase, and they tell you whatever price they feel like. Received 2 Dofferent Qupte for Same Product. "Dada" is VERY unpleasant to even talk to and tried to up the price on a pendant by $200 from previouse quote in their computer. Will never do business here again. Save yourself a headache and find a more honest jeweler or at least one with better customer service(after i have already given you my money

I have been to many Jewelry stores throughout my lifetime. I don't usually do very many reviews but I believe this one definitely deserves to be noticed. I brought in three articles for Repair thinking I would have to drop them off while having to wait anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks or longer before I would get my jewelry back. (Which is the usual time for all jewelers as you know.) They told me they always have someone on site, and that they could have all three repairs done within an hour. When I tell you that I was shocked that is an understatement. I absolutely had to write this review. Because the whole experience was beyond delightful. The gentlemen running the store are very polite and courteous and always there to help no matter what you have come in for they will go to great lengths to make you walk out with a smile on you face. And they do a very good job of it ! thank you Goldman jewelers

I lost my monogram ring years ago when I lived in New Orleans. I decided to buy a 3 initial monogram ring for my birthday. It came today and needless to say I am truly disappointed. I used a ring sizer to get the accurate size for my middle ring finger. It is too small. Secondly it looks horrible. It is super small and looks cheap. Honestly I don't even want to wear it. I almost feel like the quality was different because I live in Los Angeles and they didn't think I knew what the ring was supposed look like. I am so upset and disappointed

No issues or excuses. Gave me a quote and offered me other options. I was pressed for time and they are the only ones who made time for me. Sir you deserve an applause.
