Golden Lam

Just off I10, up Hwy 603 about 5 minutes, in the center of Kiln. Don't let the outside deter you, the inside is clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly and the food is very good. We enjoyed nice sized portions, served nice and hot, full of meat and fresh vegetables. The staff is from Pacific Islands so the flavors were delicious. Our 2nd visit was as good as the 1st so it was consistently good and we'll be going back again.

We were very pleasantly surprised! When driving by, it is easy to think, no thanks. BUT go in! Very clean. Prompt service. DELICIOUS food! I had the daily special, Salty Shrimp. I had never had anything like it. Would definitely get it again. My husband had Hunan Beef, excellent as well. Nice portion sizes. We both took some home.

The food has a decent flavor, yet it always disappoints when these places charge a pretty hefty price tag yet the food doesn't dey. I ordered vegetable chow mein, tons of noodles very few vegetables. House fried rice again barley any vegetables and protein. Very high price tag. All I ask for is to give the customer there monies worth.

Big upgrade in food at this restaurant. In the past the food was okay but not great. Ordered yesterday and all of the selections we had were great. The vegetable egg foo young (off menu) was superb.

Food was great. The fried rice wasn't to my taste but everything else was phenomenal.
