Had the Orange Chicken and asked them to spice it up medium. They did it just right. The boned chicken legs were huge and the coating was fried whole and generous in portion. Juicy. The rice was amazing too.I had to get a take out box it was so much. The guys in the kitchen were friendly and responsive.

I had been itching to try chef Andrew's food for quite some time and I'm so mad at myself for waiting so long. The food is truly fantastic. The chicken for the orange chicken was so juicy and flavorful even without the sauce, the friend rice was some of the best I've ever had, and the noodles had just the right amount of kick. The crab rangoon had the perfect blend of crab and cream cheese and as potato girlie I could have eaten two bowls of the spicy, fried potatoes. They're doing a residency at Holy Ground pub in addition to their pop-ups, so you can get your eat on everyday of the week. We arrived around 6pm on a Friday evening and were able to order easily at the window. It took about 15 or so minutes for all of our food to come out and everything was hot and fresh. I expected it to be packaged to-go style, but everything came out plated very nicely and chef was even doing some food running so it was cool to get to interact with him. If you haven't tried this food yet, it really should be on your list. Maybe I'll bump into you there because I will absolutely be back.

Comforting, crave worthy, flavor bomb Southern influenced Chinese food! The first time I tried the crab rangoons( high quality crab with fresh seasonings giving that homemade taste) and the dan dan dumplings ( handmade spicy and umami uniqueness) was at a company party. There were many vendors that day and this one was the party fav! My coworkers and I were always talking about how good the food was and where in the city we could track them down next. I love that he has found a consistent location because it makes it easier to get my fix. I always order the dumplings and rangoons as staples but everything else is always so flavorful, unique and filling as well. Follow them on IG and I promise the pics will have you running there and you can thank me later.

Wow! Wow! Wow!!! I'm a picky eater who rarely eats Asian food. I'm now craving dim sum every single day. I first tried Chef Andrew's food at a catered Mardi Gras parade party on the neutral ground of St Charles. Months later, I got the chance to bless my pallet again. Highly recommend the Kung Pao Noodles with Chicken, Crab Rangoons and the Dan Dan Dumplings. Currently they are located inside of the Holy Ground. Simple wooden old school bar inside. Not a bar I'd consider a place for a fun night but good for ordering drinks and delicious food. It just doesn't have that welcoming atmosphere that gives me a feeling like I'm going to have a great night. If they had some music on or large TVs for sports, I might be more inclined. Definitely check it out for your Thai craving!

The food is awesome. The atmosphere sucks. You either have to eat in a smelly bar or outside with the flies and traffic on Canal St. This in my opinion is street food that he's charging restaurant prices. Spent $82 for 2 apps and 2 dinners. Way too much for street food. When you get a real restaurant we'll give you another try bur we won't be back there. Got the food to go because of the flies and attached is a picture of the food for $82

Always consistent and always so so good!! Do not miss a chance to catch this pop up around the city or at The Holy Ground! Best dim sum in New Orleans and the most innovative takes on dim sum. Black Pepper Beef dumplings on a bed of mashed potatoes?! AMAZING!

I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and the Kung Pao chicken. I am not impressed. The best thing I can say is the broccoli was good. Chicken was cold. It was hot with no flavor. The dumplings were interesting but something that I won't likely try again. I definitely won't be eating the noodles again I spent 30 bucks on cold chicken and poorly seasoned food.
