The customer service here was great! Everyone was so attentive and helpful! They have soooo many options for invitations. It's a tad overwhelming but you will basically find anything you are looking for! They also have great prices on customized favors/gifts. Loved it

Don't waste your time with online retailers - Gem will give you great service at a fair price!After having a horrible experience with ordering our wedding invitations online, we desperately went to Gem for help. Their staff was professional, helpful, and delivered our proof and invitations on time. Our invitations were absolutely beautiful! For Christmas, I was a little late getting our Christmas cards printed. I called Gem, received a proof within an hour, and had all our Christmas cards printed same day. Gem Printing has been around for over 100 years. There's a reason they have lasted, and it's because they are the best!

There is a HUGE banner hanging out front announcing that they have been in business for 90 years!! Four generation of family have run this business which specializes in Wedding invitations, but provides loads more options for party supplies including napkins, matches, cake bags, koozies, cups, candy wrappers, pencils, ribbons, second line hankies and a few other things that you can have imprinted with personalized information for your special day, or any party where you want to have some fancy stuff printed up.They also have wedding accessories, guest books and cake cutting sets, picture frames, garters and such. I have driven past here close to a million times and today was the first time I actually stepped in and I was pretty much blown away by the options held in this very unassuming storefront.p.s. the map is WAY off...it is actually near Bonnabel Blvd...not Williams.

Gem's is on busy Veterans Blvd but you probably can drive by it a hundred times and not notice it. If you do happen to stop in you'll find a world of goodies. Girls: They have all your bridal accessories covered here. They have so much stuff here. Gem's can pretty much do it all. Their specialty seems to be in wedding receptions.I've had birthday invitations printed here and it was pretty cheap. They do a great job and everything is done very professionally.

I've used Gem for almost 20 years. My first purchase was thank you cards for my high school graduation, and I've used them for all my stationery and invitation needs over the years. Every time I throw a party, I seem to find something from Gem to jazz it up - their customized cups, napkins, guest towels, and coozies really make an event feel special. Most of their items come with 2 day service, and those that take longer are always available on the day they tell you the items will be available. I like that they stay open late a few days a week (til 7:00 on Tuesday-Thursday) because it gives me enough time to get there after work downtown. This is a true family business with amazing customer service.

Great service and quick turn around! When I was ready to buy wedding invitations I knew I had to go to Gem - didn't look anywhere else! They have a huge selection and are very easy to work with! Highly recommended.

They have weird business hours. Not sure why the close at 5PM on Friday's but are open until 7PM Tuesday-Thursday. Their phone stays busy. Attempted to call several times to let them know that I was running a little behind but I was still coming. Unable to get anyone on the line. If they want to continue to have business they need to rethink their hours and have a working phone.

Friendly, courteous staff. Safe parking & environment. Lots of choices besides engraving. Very professional in their approaches to help with ordering products. Personal service & high quality work.

If I could give this less than one star, I would not hesitate!Debbie, was fantastic. However, the store could not back up what was promised. They charge $15 for a proof, which is a little steep, but that is fine. However, to get the proof, you have to purchase your entire order at the same time! If you decide not to go with GEM, then there is a $50 charge. Making your proof, $65. They claim this to be an industry standard, but I'm afraid it is far from that!After I inquired about this policy and mentioned that it is not typical of any of the other vendors I had received quotes from, the owner called and told me he was going to have to "pass" on my order. I have never been more disappointed in customer service in my life.

Horrible customer service. Wedding invitations looked cheap therefore I asked to reorder to improve quality. They said no and did not offer any alternative solutions. Trashed wedding invitations purchased from them and went to Abbey printing where I received good customer service and quality invitations for the same price.
