Geiling Auto Service

I've reviewed this company several times over the past 16 years & like to update when they preform more than simple maintenance on my auto.I drive a 2005 Sedan Deville Cadillac & keep it in excellent condition thanks to Geilding auto Service which has had complete & exclusive care of my automobile for several reasons.One must make an appointment, this assures you that at that time on that day your auto is being inspected & the problem detected as quickly as possible. Once the problem is detected, parts are ordered for the repair. They understand we all need our car & their mission is to get it back to you as soon as possible & working perfectly.They are quick, efficient & the only time I've ever called to say it still didn't feel right they found they had received a bad part..remember my car is 20 yrs old...they notified me & there was no charge at all, including several hours of labor. HONESTY!!!I have no idea if their prices are better or worse than others since I haven't been to another repair shop in many years having spent years & years taking it to the dealership or another shop where it took days to repair and would often be back in the shop within 2-3 weeks.They are tops!!

I highly recommend these guys! We drove 10 hours to visit New Orleans recently, and of course our "check engine" light came on. The Chevy dealership had a 3-day waitlist to even diagnose the problem (nope!) but I called Geiling and spoke to Steve, who was super helpful and said to come on by to diagnose our problem. If it had been a serious issue we would have had to wait on an appointment for repair, but fortunately it was an easy fix. Steve and Garrett tried to refuse payment! I slipped them $25 anyway, just for their time and willingness to help a dumb out-of-towner, but the kindness and professionalism of this shop sure makes me wish I still lived in NOLA. I'd bring all my vehicles to them and not even fool with the dealership service department. Honest, knowledgeable, and super nice shop!! A billion stars!

You have to make an appointment like going to the doctor. Basically you car is going to the doctor. These guys can cure car cancer so I am told. I will find out soon when I pick my car up when it's finished. If they fix my old truck the must be miracle workers. I have had my Impala front end aligned and balanced it it was a super job. 80 mph nice and smooth

Great quality work, the guys are excellent at communicating throughout the process, and they get your vehicle repaired in a timely fashion without having it sitting for months.

I've used Geilings for quite some time. The don't give you the run around. Rene tells you exactly what is wrong with your car and how much it would cost to repair it. The prices a great. I would recommend Geilings to anyone.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation.Steve and his team of experts recommended that I cross my front tires to the rear since they noticed slight feathering on the outside of the front tires. They said it would help smooth out the tread and prolong the life of my tires. There was also an issue around 2000 RPMs that caused my vehicle to shake. I thought it was my transmission starting to fail. After performing diagnostics on my vehicle they had found that one of my coils was bad and they were able to replace it that same day. I am currently enjoying a smooth ride. Thank you Geiling Automotive for being awesome.

Got a 1990 jeep wrangler Nick and his crew were super cool they handled everything that I wanted Never kept my vehicle long thank you Nick and your crew got a mechanic for life

Geiling goes out of their way to keep you safe they did a wonderful job on my Jeep their try to find a solution for your vehicle They are thoughtful and kind and they keep you posted what's going on with your vehicle I highly recommend them to anymore you will be pleased with the results

Replaced the tire with new tire and check suspension and alignment. Great job. Very trustworthy business. Been taking care of my vehicles for 30 years
