Stopped by for lunch and ordered 4 sushi rolls. My favorite was the filet mignon roll. It just melts in your mouth!

First I ordered the special appetizer, snow crab stuffed avacado, then I ordered the fusion roll and snow crab roll which both claimed to come with snow crab. However, once served the appetizer it was imitation crab. They advertised snow crab for imitation crab meat. My daughter ordered the spicy maki combo which came with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, and spicy crab, they were all bland and very chewy. The food quality was low, bland, and disappointing. Asked management about the imitation crab and refused to let me change order, had to pay full price for everything. False advertisementBad management Poor food quality Don't eat here you'll be disappointed.

Excellent! My husband wanted to order a meal to go. He enjoyed it very much! It was hot fresh and very good! He had the octopus and really enjoyed it! And he also had the Hibachi Scallops. The whole meal was plentiful and delicious!! The ladies were so FAST & FRIENDLY! This was on a Monday evening. 1-2-23I had read reviews and almost didn't order. But we figured to give it a try, for the first time. SO HAPPY WE DID! THANKS! Everything was excellent! Anita

Visited this place while in town and we actually didn't like our food. We ordered the Thibodaux sushi rolls deep fried which lacked seasoning and the hibachi dinner order w rice lacked seasoning as well. Very bland. We frequently try hibachi at least 2-3 times where we live and this place hibachi was not good. Please also know that their hibachi rice isn't just rice it comes w eggs, carrots, and mushrooms. Most places just have plain hibachi rice. My steak was a bit raw and I asked for well done and the shrimp is imported. We live in Louisiana it should be fresh shrimp and seafood.I didn't like how u can't sit at hibachi table unless it's a party of 5 or more like where they do that at? Okkkk

Their food is fresh. I love the rice and noodles. Always tend to order steak and chicken. Which they don't disappoint. Would prefer a little bit more eggs in the food but over all not a bad place. Love the live hibachi. They are enthusiastic.

When in Thibodeaux might as well try sushi & hibachi right?Place is decent and decorated right.Sushi bar has "boat-train" in water circling it that's supposed to be filled with sushi to pickup and buy but was empty.Hibachi was average, I think the guy was new (or hope so) but he was nice, funny & entertaining.I mean it's the best hibachi/ sushi Japanese food in Thibodeaux

The food here is really good. The service is quality when they're not super busy, so I'd catch them when they first open. Overall it has a great atmosphere and it's a great place to go with your significant other or friends!

Have been a regular customer for several years. They just started charging a $7 seating fee for 4 people or less at the hibatchi and they charge a 18% service charge which they DO NOT tell you about. Will NEVER eat here again.
