Fulco's Bar

My BIL Tommy and myself were out and about, partially doggin but not so much. Just looking for a different good time and ran into some shady fun friends at this bar. Was cool for a Metairie dive bar. They knew the owners , so the beers were flowing. The smoke wasn't bad. If it was even there. No one in our eventually large group smoked. All in all I would visit here again. Good to know of another discreet place to chill with away from the Westbank.

This is a great local bar. It's literally hidden on a neighborhood street and that's the vibe the bar creates. There's a good regular crowd there that plays pool and darts on certain days and the bartenders are responsible and friendly. They have real wine from the bottle as well as a stocked full bar. I get their tequila rose shots sometimes even though I don't normally drink shots. It's a fun place to try with a crowd of friends.

We are visiting from Florida.We came across this amazing local bar by luck!We spent an fabulous afternoon drinking, playing pool and having fun to with the entire staff at this hidden gem.If you are visiting NOLA, make sure you take the short Uber ride out to this incredible joint. This will be our go-to hangout place every time we are in New Orleans.Massive thank you to Kerri, Brian, and Bridgette for your fabulous hospitality. 5 stars all the way! :-)

This is a wonderful neighborhood bar! We had an awesome time and everyone there was really friendly! We will definitely be back.

Nice neighborhood bar that has gone through some ownership changes of late. They sometimes have complimentary food and always seem to have a warm happy greeting for new folks. During my last visit a lady that has been cooking on and off at this establishment was present and had lots of interesting tales to tell (she is right behind me in the photo of me scarfing down VERY delicious and spicy chicken mac 'n cheese). I got some of my pals that are life long Metry residents to visit here that had never even heard of the place so it still seems to be a bit of an unknown mystery space even to folks that live as near to the location as around the Metry Road.

This is a fabulous local spot!!!! Friendly bar tenders good drinks and fun atmosphere. We love the gambling machines, pool tables and dart machines. We could spend hours here and not notice the time pass. Totally the best local place!!!!

Great place! Stop in any day and there will be a combination of regulars shooting pool, catching the games, and throwing darts. Also there's often a comp buffet. Steak Night is Tuesday.

We are so happy to have the protection of our finest at JPSO!! On the way over I was greeting by the nice officer ‍ that helped me last night when I was in dire straits.... The officer was working a wreck and I screamed out the window "hey! RESPECT THAT MAN!!!!" I pointed out that "he is performing a valuable public service....". The lady in the accident said "oh, absolutely- SIR!" We LOVE our public servants!!! When confronted just forget everything and think "WWJD"???!!!!....

My family has been knowing the owner of fulcos for years. They come into GUILLORYS and get food reminisce with my dad (Michael Gauthier) my grandpa (Myron Gauthier) and my Uncle Pete Gauthier. They e known each other for years. Well... my fiancé and I along with a friend of ours decide to go in to shoot some pool and get some drinks. I don't know what her name was but the bartender (she was blonde kind of chubby and maybe 5 foot 7.) She was extremely drunk and refused service cause she thought we weren't 21 and over. I'm 22 my fiancé is 24 and our friend is 22, she Ided us but still said she thought they were fake ids and made us leave. I will be letting Brian know about this next time they come into Guillorys

What a fun afternoon at this bar. The drinks were great and staff was friendly. Can't wait to return.
