Fantastic neighborhood jewelry/ watch store. Very high quality items and possibly the friendliest staff I've met in a long time. My wife has done business with them and recommended them to remove a couple links in a watch band as well as possibly service another timepiece I have. They were extremely helpful and the Yoing lady that worked with me offered water and couldn't have been more helpful. They adjusted my band at no charge and are providing me with an estimate to service my additional timepiece. And they have cookies.

They saw me on site with no appointment to replace the battery on my Swatch (which was bought in Switzerland so its legit...)Very friendly service.Friendly dog.On-site parking and they were quick.Satisfaction.

This is an amazing family run business with excellent customer service. I had the batteries replaced in two of my watches and the work was completed in 5 minutes while I was in the store. Will definitely come back for all my watch and jewelry needs.

There is something to be said when you see the ring of your dreams on your finger. This Yelp review will not do it justice. Shannen at Friend & Company went above and beyond to give my fiancé and me the best care and service. Even under a strict budget, she always gave us her honest opinion and we never felt like she took advantage of us. I doubt I'll ever go to another company. Thank you so much, Shannen. We could not be any happier!

The staff seems nice at first, but the older lady who started the business follows you around like hawk if your attire isn't up to their standards. She followed me and my wife literally the whole time we were there. Even after we notified her we had purchased a ring from them. Made no difference she was glued to us the whole time. If you leave jewelry for any reason good luck getting a promised called back, 4 calls later I finally got the ring I had left there to be fixed. If you dress like an evil 80tys preppy draped in pastel's, this place is prefect for you. If you dress more casual, expect to be watched and asked a thousand times if the staff can help.

My future husband and I picked out my diamond and decided on getting it set locally. I did a bit of research, and decided to drop by Friend & Co. to see what they might be able to do. I'm over the moon. Everyone was super pleasant, and Danny is extremely knowledgeable. My ring happened to be ready earlier than expected, which has honestly made my week. I'll be back in a month so they can get started on my wedding band. Really pleased to have found such lovely people to help make my ring goals a reality!

We took my fiancé's engagement ring here to have it resized. We were from out of town and they were able to have it resized the same day within a couple of hours. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Would absolutely recommend.

Words can't express what kind, professional people we found today at Friend & Company. We were referred by a local friend for a bracelet emergency-couldn't clasp it and couldn't get it off the wrist. Traveling back to LA tomorrow and had visions of TSA ripping the bracelet off the wrist.The very attractive sales associate and the so very competent jeweler had the bracelet restored and us on our way in 5 minutes. They would not accept payment. We will return to find more treasures in their charming store. The items were stunning and we heard the upstairs held spectacular home items, as well. Mr. Ken and his crew redefined what an excellent customer satisfaction meant. We worked with Danny, Jenna and Mr. Ken himself and they were all amazing people.
