French Quartour Kids

We had a Spooky Ghost Hunt tour with Jill and had a wonderful time. The tour is advertised as led by teachers, and it was clear that that experience makes their guides patient and skilled at engaging with kids. The tour included ghost stories (not scary) and hands-on activities, but not too much walking. Highly recommended for anyone with kids.

My family took the Twilight Tour for my daughter's birthday. I was worried that my children wouldn't enjoy it because they were already a little tired after sightseeing earlier in the day, but the tour was interactive, engaging, and held their interest. The tour guide was very patient with answering the many questions. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for an age-appropriate ghost tour.

We took a kids walking tour and it was wonderful! Very educational while being engaging and fun.

Great tour for kids. MC led an interactive tour to some of the haunted spots in NOLA. She had different "energy reading" devices the kids used to find possible ghosts. All in all a fun tour. Recommend for younger kids.

I want to say that I think this may have been the best tour of any city I've ever been on. It was geared for my teenage son but I learned more about New Orleans than in the whole time I was there. It is a must for kids but I think I enjoyed it more than my son!!!!

My family did a kid friendly ghost tour with Jill. She was amazing! She completely captivated my twins (who are almost 7). There was a large range of kid ages on the tour and everyone was involved and interested. She had preprinted name tags for the kids and she did a remarkable job of calling their names and asking questions and involving everyone. When we finished, my Max asked if we could do it again. (and if that isn't an endorsement, I don't know whatIs). A few days after the tour, we saw her in the French quarter wearing a hoop skirt for another tour and she helped Jackson's "magic spell wish" come true. I highly recommend!

Ya'll. I knew this was going to be fun for my kiddos. But I really underestimated how much *I* was going to love it. First things first. This tour the best thing you can do with kids in the Quarter. If your kids love history (or even if they don't) the teen tour is an absolute must! Our tour guide Richard taught us about the history of the Mighty Mississippi, the elaborate initials in Jackson Square and the savage lady they belonged to and much, much more. He entertained us and gave us pop quizzes all along the way.Secondly, if you're local and turn your nose up at this then you're missing out! If you're visiting with your kids I highly recommend this tour! Kid friendly French Quarter? That's a win-win.

This was a wonderful tour for kids and adults. I had my 7 and 8 year old do the spooky tour and they had so much fun. Our guide Candice was wonderful with the children and was very attentive to their questions and comments. The kids enjoyed the ghost meters and the thermal readers to find their ghosts. I had taken an adult ghost tour with another operator and I would say this was much more fun and informative.

This is a must for anyone traveling with kids. My daughter took the twilight tour and had a blast. The kids learned a lot, got to provide their opinions, and have fun in the process. There is a lot of good info without being overly graphic.

This tour was so much fun. We were visiting the city and wanted to do a ghost tour but not scare the kids. This was perfect! Our tour guide was so nice to our kids and changed the length and depth of the content based on their interest. She was also able to add more content for parents while walking between stops. There were many hands on activities as well that our kids loved! Such a great experience! Our tour guide was so kind and also gave us lots of great info and tips about New Orleans.
