I come to different classes here through ClassPass and I love it. There are so many different types of classes like bootcamps, full body burn, les mills, Pilates, yoga, etc. The facility is always clean and all of the equipment is really new and fancy. There's a sauna in the bathroom which is awesome too.

I've been a member at this gym for a year now and it is without a doubt the best gym I've ever been to anywhere! The staff is amazing! Joey and kyler and Jude are there to help with either classes or personal instruction, Lisa at the front desk is always happy and helpful, Alana classes are incredible and there is always parking out front on magazine. The gym is clean and well stocked and all of the equipment is workingThere is never a machine with a tag "out of order" on it.Free weights and machines downstairs and bikes, rowers and treadmils upstairsTwo studios with plenty of class options.Perfect!

I've been a member for one or two years now and am leaving forever. I could go on all day about how this place could be even average but let's just air a few issues from recent to past. They changed their class schedule a week or two ago but have July's schedule on their website.... so, I showed up for a class that didn't exist anymore a few days ago. This is rude and thoughtless at worst and careless at best which sums this place up perfectly. Poorly managed and not the first time.Their yoga studio has been without air-conditioning for months. Even though they have a studio next door that is vacant during the period of the class, they refused to move the class to where we could be comfortable. They just let this go on forever. There are no touches that would let you know they cared. Often without towels in the yoga studio. There's not a box of tissue anywhere in any part of the gym or locker room. It's really small and everything is extra and very expensive. They nickled and dimed my wife to death after she paid for a weight loss challenge. It was a fortune and every minute she came to me and told me there were extra charges. I don't find the people who have a membership there to be friendly at all. Not in the least. This has nothing to do with the management but thought I would share it in case you care about it at all. I liked most of the instructors and have taken several classes. I think this might be one of the better parts of this place but I can't really recommend it overall.

I joined this gym in August/September. The facility is a gorgeous, truly beautiful facility, top of the line machines, everyone is polite AND they have a STEAM room. Towards the end of September, I put my account on hold through November, because I started to enjoy outdoor workouts more. In December I was randomly charged 300.71 for no apparent reason. There was no communication about the charges, no dialogue. It was just a matter of me catching it as it came through. After this charge, I of course, instantly contacted my bank to get it disputed and closed my account. Great, I thought everything was taken care of, awesome. Flash forward to yesterday, January 10, 2019. I received another weird charge for 300.71, which appeared odd because at this point the relationship is tarnished with mistrust, a phone call with a manager at the magazine location didn't support the feeling that something odd was going on.Luckily the people in the Business Office are legit awesome. She is an amazing communicator and worked to help me understand this charge, which was due to the bank and gym refunding me at the same time. Later that afternoon, I received ANOTHER weird charge, this time for 111.44, except this charge was a POS Debit charge. Which I take to mean that my debit card was run for this amount. The only trouble is, I was at work all day. Which goes back to how this business maintains the relationship, and trust of and with their clients.Again, the Business office was AWESOME at helping me resolve the matter and far friendlier than some of the managers I spoke with over the phone. Long story short:+ This organization may not be the best to allow access to your bank account information or debit card information. If you pay in cash, that should probably be fine. Other than that, if you enjoy knowing where your money is, you may find this relationship stressful. Additional Notes+ The steam room (a big selling point for me, because I LOVE heat) was never up and running (surprise to me when I first tried to use it) when I went in to close my account (account holds/closings must be done in person, which is antiquated even for New Orleans) the woman at the desk confessed it probably wouldn't get repaired.+ The facility is really nice and pretty, some of the onsite staff are great+ They offer a free personal training session and the coaches are very responsive+ Communication goes a long way in preventing situations like this, upfront. An email to acknowledge a weird charge, a kind voice on the other end of the phone that's not laced with frustration etc.

I've tried Franco's for a couple of group classes (CYC Mode and Yoga Detox) and really enjoyed both. The gym is very clean, spacious and much bigger on the inside than I expected. It's two story with restrooms both upstairs and downstairs and different studio rooms for group classes as well as tons of cardio and gym equipment. The upstairs has a nice view of Magazine Street. There's a spin studio downstairs and a really cute space for yoga upstairs. I liked that the instructor dimmed the lights for this - it totally put me in a zen mood. Both of the instructors I tried were awesome and so knowledgeable! The staff members are friendly and it looks like they offer classes daily. The membership fees were surprisingly extremely reasonable for a gym with so many amenities and such a variety of instructors. I would sign up for their unlimited plan in a heartbeat if I lived closer! (Unfortunately I don't live nearby, but I have and would continue to go out of my way to do one of their classes). My only issue, and it's not even a big deal, is having to pay to park on the side street but that's at most nice fitness studios in the city and almost everywhere on Magazine. I'll definitely be a returning client!

For a gym with premium prices. Im disappointed. The one TV they have upstairs is never on. (I dont even know if it is connected.)The sanitary wipes for the machines have been empty for monthsBy the time i go to grab a towel to shower they are gone. (So i have to redress run downstairs and ask the front desk for a pile of towels to refill upstairs basket)One stair machine is broken and the other is always takenThere is not a proper leg lift machineI chose to go here because of it being one of the only premium gyms in the irish channel/garden district areaI could pay way less and travel to metarie where the gyms are stocked properly but that would be a mission2 & 3 quarters stars

I became a member here last year sometime but honestly didn't use the membership until like 2020. I know, I'm terrible. But it was because of these awesome classes that the gym has that makes me get up at 5 AM and workout. The equipment is so much better than my old apartment gym and the people are very friendly, even the members. I love the yoga class on Saturdays but my fave are own the tone classes. I haven't tried them all but I will get to it! They have towel and the ladies room has a sauna. Sometimes the towels are cold and refreshing!

Great club, good facilities, fair prices for visitors like me, esp for week long and month long guest passes. If they are close to where you are staying, this is the place. If not but the Magazine street bus is close to you, they may be anyway.

Francos is a place that is great and amazing until theirs a issue. The second you have a membership issue, you realize the customer service is horrible. The guy was absolutely rude. So, I reached out to the billing department and left a voicemail. I emailed 4 different francos emails. There was no response from anyone, but I did receive a text message from the guy that we had trouble. If this isn't the most unprofessional thing I have ever seen.
