I recently came here for their Vans deal. My boyfriend got the classic black vans for 35$! We came near closing time just to see it and the workers were so nice despite them closing in 10 minutes. It's a cool store, reminds me of Sneaker Politics! Would definitely visit again!

Great spot for independent clothing and shoes. Prices vary but overall get ready to dish out some ends, quality is there though. I have been able to find a lot of brands that you can't find anywhere in the NOLA area. Kid Robot is one of my favorites and they have a healthy dose of it. Hats are on point too! They also have turntables set-up for in-stores. Love it.

My computer was hacked and hacker placed two orders from the site, sneakerpolitics has a no refund policy; however I emailed them with sincere wording of this happening and to please cancel the order if they are kind enough to do, they did! Sneakerpolitics is a very nice honest and high quality store I recommend it to everyone! They are quality people with quality service. Thank you Sneakerpolitics!!!

Not quite as great as the Lafayette location, but they help keep my feet in the latest sneakers. I keep supporting them in hopes that eventually they'll get their supply source to the level of the other stores, but every now and then they do get the gems in. To the previous reviewer complaining about tshirt costs, remember these are shirts from small boutique labels, nothing is over priced, and when shoes do go on sale here, the deals are better than pretty much anywhere in the US.

This place for me was more like a sneaker museum than an actual store. I got to look at cool sneakers and that is it. The shoe inventory is very limited and the store clerk told me that you can't order a shoe in your size. The only thing for purchase is what is in the store. The tee shirts were also over priced. The store clerks had great taste in music, but no interest in assisting me and my friend.

I was sold what appears to be a used shoe as new. The shoes were already laced (not typical), one shoe was missing the toe padding tissue paper, and most damning, the tag had been cut off. They claim the reason for this was because they had taken photos of the shoe... I requested a partial refund but was instead accused of trying to con them. It is worth noting that their return policy requires shoes be returned with tags attached, even though they have no problem shipping them out unattached. Ultimately they did agree to allow me to return the shoes for a refund however the customer service I received was appalling and incredibly accusatory.

I like this store better than when it was Politics. They always have a variety of brands in clothes and sneakers. Plus the Beignet Boy clothes they make are dope.

Pretty dope sneaker spot. Good selection of Saucony and any other rare finds. Setup like a boutique which I like. The store is laid out perfectly and the items are easy to find. Just wish they had Diadora's in stock but other than that it's a sweet spot. The folks that work their are friendly and cool too. Reasonable prices as well.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Sneaker Politics (SP) that turned out to be too small. I contacted SP to ask about additional sizes, and there were none in stock that were half a size larger. I was told that I had to personally pay for shipping to return them, and that upon receipt of the shoes, a refund would be issued. I mailed the shoes back to SP and have been struggling to receive my refund ever since. During this time, I have contacted Sneaker Politics regarding this issue a dozen times, and I have been told that my refund was coming, that no refunds would be given, that I would be mailed store credit, that the person responsible was out sick, that someone would call me, and non of the above has happened. They received the shoes, have proof of receipt, and yet refuse to refund my money. At this point, I am calling daily to find anyone who will handle my claim. Eventually, a manager emailed me and stated that my store credit had been issued, sans the amount I had to pay in tax, but that I was simply not going to get my money back. As you might guess, I do not wish to do business with Sneaker Politics in the future. I don't want their shoes, or their store credit, or excuses. I simply wish to receive my money back for the shoes that I purchased and returned. Sincerely, Will [email protected]
