Not even one star! Horrible service if you can even call it service! Was there 20 minutes and not one employee even acknowledged us! Stay away!

Don't go here if you are intelligent and plan ahead by calling with the shoe wanted by actual name (to make it easy on those there) to be put behind the register. Sure they said it was taken care of but after going there it wasn't and they act like I was silly for assuming it'd be right. How dare I right? Friday the 22nd. Funny part is I have reservations and that's why I plan ahead. They said they don't take reservations. LoL "No let me explain..."

Well its footlocker. I don't there is much else to say because this one is just like the other ones that are around this country. This one had the typical latest shoes out and they had a variety of clothes and hats to choose from. It was clean and the staff was helping out each and every customer, to the best of their ability which I can give only the upmost respect for that. If you are into footlocker, then definitely enjoy yourself.

I told myself not to go into this store because I knew the level of customer service would be poor, and I was 100% accurate. I asked to see two types of sneakers. The salesperson brought the shoes but failed to take them out of the box or untie them with the body language of an annoyed child. I then asked if the shoe ran big, her response,"how am I suppose to know." I said you work here and should have insight in the products you're selling. Why did I set myself up? At this point, I laughed, said thank you and took my money elsewhere. Foot Locker train better.
