Best snowballs in Mandeville LA., they are open year round. The best homemade chocolate chip cookies and ice cream. The creole cream cheese is amazing. You can get it as an ice cream sandwich in side the chocolate chip cookies, a must try. The staff is super sweet, they have good suggestions on different snowball flavors/ combinations with ice cream. TheyMake their own ice cream, you can buy the ice cream by the pint size to go. #WeFlyingDollys
