Quick and easy smoke shop if you find yourself in Metairie outside New Orleans. I needed to find a small glass piece, and they had a limited selection. Although it was small, selections were nice enough to find a good piece. Customer service was also quick, easy and friendly. Thanks for being in the right place at the right time.

The Vaping Tiger has helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient staff. I came in the store totally new to vaping. However, after leaving I walked out a well-informed and satisfied customer with a great starter mod and insanely tasty signature e-liquid.They took the time with me to explain how mods work, how they used to work in the early days of vaping, and what products I needed to start out with. They are very down to Earth and will not try to BS you in any way about their services or products. Now I am going to exclusively purchase things from them.Store is very tidy and professional looking with a wide-variety of products displayed. E-Liquids are all made in store and are both flavorful, strong, and adequately priced.Whether you are new to vaping or are a veteran of coil-constructing, Th Vaping Tiger will serve your every need.I give them my 5 stars and my full endorsement.

Nice vape shop/lounge. House juice is good but a little expensive. Staff and owner were friendly and knowledgeable. A true vape shop and not a head shop that sells a few vape items.

First off their juice is just plain good. Leagues above what I was using before I discovered these guys.Secondly the staff here is just the best. I had an issue with my vape leaking, looked online for days. Tried some things and just could not solve my issue. Showed up for lunch had a quick chat with these guys... turns out it was user error. Helped me get my setup sorted without making me feel like an idiot, for my years old bad habit. They had also made some comments and suggestions previously that I also tried out, and my vaping experience has never been better.

Was in New Orleans for business and decided to look up the local Vape stores. Great customer service from the time I walked in the shop! Good information given by the owner and employees. I don't normally deal with house juice but the flavors were fantastic (especially Black Widow) which the owner let me try from their tank.Definitely recommend to anyone traveling through or to any locals. If I'm ever in the area again will definitely stop by to partake! Grade A shop!!! They have a website too which makes it even better!!!

I had been smoking cigarettes for almost 2 decades, and was thinking it was time to quit. I didn't know a single thing about vaping, I went over a few months ago and got all the information I needed, and they were always patient enough to explain everything, every question, even the stupid ones. I had a defective product and took it back, it was going to be sent back and was going to take a week or so, I got a call a couple days later and got a complete new one, within warranty, of course. They are very professional, Patience to me is always important. I will continue to visit, as well as making recommendations about this establishment.

Super helpful. Super friendly. Explained what everything was, what everything meant, and how to operate my equipment. Gave me pros and cons of each box type i examined and let me make an informed decision that wasn't based on just price.They were more than happy to answer all my questions, no matter how small or off-topic they turned out to be.

Just checked out this place for my e-cig needs... BEST place I've found in the Metairie area for selection of e liquid and accessories. And the staff here are actually very helpful and friendly... would highly recommend

I've been to a few local vape shops in the New Orleans metro area and always felt like I was bothering someone when I asked basic questions. These guys were a totally different experience. They seemed to actually care about spreading their knowledge and had no problems with my newbie questions. I left with a new tank for my mod that they had recommended which is exceptionally better for the type of vape I was seeking. I also left with two new juices which they also recommended based on the flavours that I described I was searching for. They were spot on with what I wanted, specifically the strawberry zydeco. It will probably be my new local all day vape. Austin was professional, knowledgeable, and helped my girl and I with all of our questions. I will undoubtedly be using Vaping Tiger for all my vaping needs from now on. Great customer service guys!

These people are so friendly and helpful! Not to mention the prices are incredibly reasonable given the quality. Clean, great smelling and looking place.
