First Class Presentation Catering

First class is truly first class!! They are so professional & there serving plates and set up was SO cute. They used fantastic, expensive looking plates and buffet gear. I was amazed at the quality of the set up, the staff and the overall experiance. Also for the price there is NOTHING out there that is better. Highly recommend.

Jackie and the folks at 1st Class Catering were AMAZING for our wedding.Our food was delicious. Multiple guests came up to us throughout the night and said how exquisite the food was. We had a combination of Louisiana classics (Shrimp and Crawfish pasta, cornbread dressing) and more typical wedding food (roast beef carving station and seasoned greens). Jackie worked with us to customize our menu, never telling us 'no,' and always saying 'we can make that work.' For instance, we decided to swap out the traditional wedding cake for 2 types of bread pudding, which were both delightful. Jackie was always quick to respond to our questions or requests, even though I am sure he was busy with other events. He arrived during our site walk-through to review the location with our event planner. He showed up the day before to get all set up, so we were stress free on the big day. We made a few month-of decisions that he accommodated us with (changing to real plate-ware and silverware). Their display setup and buffet were great, pretty, and well spaced out for our large event. The carving station and pasta stations were great. His staff were extremely professional. They came upstairs when we wanted to enjoy our first few moments as a married couple, and before the party began, to give us a little taste of everything they were going to serve (and make sure we ate). Finally, the bartenders were professional, and kept the booze flowing. There were very few lines for drinks, the cocktails were professionally mixed. Really, you cannot ask for more from a catering group.

i used First Class last year to cater a welcome party for my wedding guests. They have good prices and provide a ton of food. The best dish was definitely the Shrimp & Crawfish pasta. I wish I had the recipe.

Jackie was a lifesaver! Our caterer dropped out with two months to the wedding due to a shoulder surgery-we panicked! Thankfully, Jackie and his staff came to the rescue and I honestly believe it was meant to be-everything was delicious and his presentation was beautiful. He coordinated his decor beautifully with our theme. We have received nothing but compliments on the food. Not to mention, he did everything we wanted, including a raw oyster bar, and came in under budget. I would recommend him to anyone-they just brought our wedding to the next level.

From the very beginning to our big day Jackie was there. Jackie and his staff answered and met all of our questions and requests. Their knowledge was a huge help cause we had some special requests and they helped make it happen! They just have the right attitude they understand how stressful a wedding can be on people and they were right there whenever we needed something. The servers,oyster shucker and bartenders were excellent! Also, the decorations on the buffet looked great, our photos are beautiful!! Thank you!!!! Also, my family used them for a brunch the day after the wedding and everything was perfect! Highly highly recommend!!
