DO NOT BOOK! If Yelp would let me rate them ZERO STARS, I would. booked with FAE last year for my 2022 December wedding. I paid over $200 for the deposit and I've been trying to contact them for three months now with no success. I have no idea what is happening, what phone number is correct, or why I am not able to reach them. In addition to this, one of the phone numbers goes straight to Dimitri's voicemail and the mailbox is FULL. Something is happening and no one is communicating with their clients. Find someone else that will communicate with you and that won't take your money from you. I feel extremely hurt and disappointed over this whole situation. Now I have to go and find another strings company and pay more money that isn't in my budget. It sucks!
