Let's start by saying this boutique is lovely. The location and set up of the store is very appealing. They have a Beautiful selection of women's clothing! Absolutely stunning pieces! There is something here for just about any occasion. I experienced very good service as well. Prices vary, but some items may give you a slight sticker shock (lol) but the clothing here is worth it. Quality pieces. They even carry shoes! Nice selection of those also. My issue is that most items don't come over certain sizes. Mostly smaller sizes are readily available. And those that are sized as larger sizes may not actually fit some figures. I needed a size larger in a more formal dress, than was available on the rack. The sales person got my number and said she'd call me and let me know if the maker of the dress had one available. However, I never received a call about the dress either way. It would have been polite and good service just to call and let me know. That way I could have continued my search sooner. But perhaps that's just me. To summarize: Beautiful things. Nice location. Lovely ambiance. Items for all occasions, including shoes. Limited availability of sizes. Service could be a bit more polite.

I'm not sure how to feel about this place. On one hand, the clothing is gorgeous. On the other hand, I felt less than welcome when I shopped here.I was in here looking around and hoping to find some new clothes for my New Year wardrobe. I was dressed down, having spent the entire day running errands and finishing Christmas shopping. Upon walking in, the woman working kind of looked me over and didn't say "hi" or anything. However, I did notice that she greeted other customers. I didn't think much of it and I just looked around as I normally do, but I did find it kind of weird.The clothing here is lovely and they have a wide selection of things from casual to dressy. I saw a lovely red dress that I am actually considering purchasing just so I have it for any fancy event that might come up. The clothes are a little pricier, but I can tell that they're worth it because the quality is outstanding.Because they're located in old Metairie, I would recommend dressing up a little when shopping here. Otherwise, you're on your own as far as help is concerned.

Very unfortunate customer service.... I purchased a suede jacket online from FEBE for an event. I love the jacket - however it is defective. The first time I wore it (at the event, just days after I received it) I noticed a small gash/hole in the sleeve. I called the store the next day and advised that there was a hole/gash in the fabric. They said send pictures, which I did. They then responded via email, accusing me of wearing the jacket and causing the defect and reminding me that I wore it and therefore cannot return it. To be clear, it isn't noticeable just looking at the jacket or I would have taken it off immediately. And, I wasn't trying to return it - I was trying to get help with an incredibly expensive jacket that I received with a hole in it. I called to speak to a manager - that was about 4 days ago and no response. I will not shop at FEBE again.

Buyer beware...manager/owner and sales are very aggressive - gaslighting customers and refusing to accept returns for damaged items received.

i recieved my dress wrinkled and stained. I sent several photos which they ignored. I have never been treated so rudely. But at your own risk!!!!!!!

Worse customer service for the extravagant prices. They really don't care about your business. Won't shop there again.

Ladies are always beyond helpful.. Don't need to go anywhere else.. Walk in and can leave with a stunning dress.. and/or fresh jeans, flattering/adorable top, practical/edgy shoes, price friendly/perfect purse and your done. Store is AMAZINGLY edited.. makes for beautiful no brainer purchases..

Convenient and an amazing selection. The women who work there are so helpful and always find me just what i need. I don't shop anywhere else!
