Fashion Arcade Uniforms

I've been going here for 3 years now. The young guy is always working hard and helpful. They do have things that go out of stock but that's normal and to be expected. I can call in advance and ask if they have what I'm looking for to make sure it's not a wasted trip. I really appreciate all the help as back to school is not a fun time for parents especially with 3 kids lol. Thanks again!

Where do I begin??? Deceitful practices but cheapest prices for the cheapest product. They sold me uniforms that they actually didn't have in the store. As soon as I paid and realized that the uniform wasn't really "in the back", I asked for a refund and was refused. Apparently, they do not refund under any condition! While I did get the uniform shirts I inadvertently ordered, it took 3 weeks and a half a dozen phone calls to get them. They lie, cheat, and scam... STAY AWAY!!!

I'm pretty sure no one actually enjoys uniform shopping but it's something that's gotta be done. I came and got my sons uniforms from here and this was by far the most painless school uniform shopping I think I've ever done. They had everything I needed in stock plus the prices are cheaper than they've been elsewhere. $13 shirts and $12 shorts. Can't complain about that. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. The lady running the store was super nice as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the store was ridiculously hot. I'm sure it wouldn't kill them to lower the AC a tad so their costumers would be a little more comfortable- but besides the temperature issue I can honestly say I no longer dread school uniform shopping thanks to this place.

I have been here several times & their uniforms are adequate. They are inexpensive compared to other uniform places. They are very helpful & friendly. I would definitely go back. No lines or crowds as compared to other uniform places I have been. They will not refund money so make sure your items fit.

Were to start. First off, the owner & Amy are extremely unorganized. They have giving me three different dates to when they would have more French Toast shirts for kindergarten. Went the first time when they opened at 10am "sold out" went the second time when they opened at 10am "sold out" went the third time & again SOLD OUT! I've asked if she would just take the two shirts that aren't French toast & put those back on the rack (not asking for a refund) asking them to just call me when two French toast shirts come in since I've already paid it would be a order. They said no. Okay, at this point I'm beyond aggravated & even had to get the police involved. Needless to say they do not honor their word. A company should not give you 3 pacific days that a order should be in & none of the dates the shirts came in. & here I am still waiting & the owner tried to tell me she will not even do an exchange for me. Well, on the wall it clearly states will exchange with receipt. Lucky the police stated that she has to honor her word with the exchange with receipt. So the owner said that she isn't ordering anymore French Toast shirts just to be spiteful. Shady business lady. Unwilling to work with customers that have already paid.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Too bad they don't have a 0 star! I had just moved to the state and had to get uniforms for my 2 kids. I went here and was sold shirts. They tried to sell me long sleeved shirts with the school logo however I refused because I clearly read on the school's website that those were not part of the uniform and that the kids could only wear a long sleeved shirt under the uniform. The very next day, I took the shirts out of the bag and noticed one was cut near the button area. I immediately took the shirt back and showed the lady that worked there that was always on the phone and asked if I could exchange. She told me that I had taken the shirt home and brought her back another shirt trying to get a free shirt. No..I bought this shirt here and it has a cut in it. This was my first time buying uniforms since I was new to the state. Well I called the school and asked if they could suggest another uniform store and I told the secretary about my experience. WELL!!!! She told me that another parent had the EXACT same thing happen. She said they do not refer this store to parents.

This was the best uniform shopping experience I have ever had! I always get stuck going to schiro's and walking out wondering how that place stays open. I was so happy our new school had options. I called Fashion Arcade on my way home from work Friday, they said they were open until six. We manage to get there just after five, there were three or four other customers but we were still able to have someone show us our new uniforms, tried on a shirt, a sweatshirt, and three different pant sizes. We had shirts, sweatshirt, pants, belt and book bag in 20 minutes flat! I even had a pleasant conversation with everyone working there. I will continue to go there as long as I can!
