Exxon Diaz Market

So I jokingly tell my son that he's driving me nuts and the cashier says "You should knock him out". I asked her what did she say and she replied "nothing". I just walked out. This isn't 1st time this woman was rude and mean to kids. Weeks ago I was in there and she was telling someone that kids these days should be whipped and beat cause they deserve it. I'm concerned she's either going to go off on a customer or someone will get mad and go after her.

gas prices are always reasonable here. They stay at the 'im not getting overly ripped off' amount. Everything inside is your usual overpriced gas station junk. They turn off the icee machine at 9pm :( they close at 10pm weekdays and 11 on weekends

Purchased gas here and within 10 minutes my car had a loud knocking noise. Had it towed and was told I had bad gas. Had to have all gas removed from tank and the tank cleaned. Once that gas was out I've had no more problems with my vehicle. Owner never would call me back or communicate about it.

Usually when I stop here on my way home, I can purchase a few things quickly and fast without the typical wait. Tonight I attempted to purchase a beverage 15 minutes before closing. As I pulled up... the attendant was waiting in the doorway looking completely lost and eager to go home. She saw me get out of my car and as I was approaching the door (still having plenty if time to make a purchase) she rushed to turn off the open sign and pulled down the automatic doors....all the while still starring at me with no emotion!!! It was completely disrespectful and it made me not want to give another penny to this place!! If you don't want to serve customers properly, then don't go into customer service. I intend to speak with her mgr. about the matter.

Customer service is really really bad. Today's the 23 rd of December 2014 I stop by at this gas station to get gas and I noticed that they have an ATM machine and decided to get cash but I change my mind due to the charge there was a $3:25 charge,and I proceed to the cash register The woman who was working was not smiling or not being friendly at all. I simply said I need $20:00 gas and I handed her my credit card and that was it. I went to pump the gas and it wasn't working and it was raining and I stop because the pump is running very very slow it wasn't working, I went inside and told her that the pump is not working and i ask her to come outside maybe she can get it to work and she said No was very ugly to me and accused me about not getting any money from the machine which is not true she was loud and very ugly and she just do not wanna go outside to help me so I ask her for my money back and she then again accused me of snatching the money out of her hand again its not true I'm sure the they have a Camera that they can see that she is lying. She's a very hateful person and a very unhappy one and she shouldn't work in public. I will never go back to this gas station again specially if I have to deal with her again. Will not recommened this gas station to anyone but everyone is different every cashier, every employee I guess it's either this is her personality or she's having a real bad day. Either way you should treat your customer right.
