Eric's To and From

I called Eric and notified him that I'll be arriving in New Orleans at around midnight and will be ready for pick up shortly after, depending on how much time it takes me to go through baggage claim. He confirmed that he was able to provide support, and said for me to just text him when I get here. I arrived and texted him as planned. I even called him numerous times, to which he did not answer any of these calls. It is now 1230 am and I am standing in a line that rivals that of a DMV, waiting for a random taxi to come to my rescue. I have uploaded a snapshot of the text I sent Eric. If I had a choice, I'd give him no stars whatsoever. Very disappointed and I would never recommend this transportation service to anybody.

We booked Eric through Yelp to drive us from the airport to our lodging, and then back to the airport at the end of our trip. We had nine people with personal items and carry-on bags, and the trip cost was $75 one way, which compared to other shuttles, was a great deal. He had our flight number so he knew when we would get in. I was VERY nervous when we landed and we called his number, and there was no answer. There was also no voicemail set up, which immediately set off red flags. After two more calls with no answer, I was beginning to formulate back up plans. Finally, he answered, and confirmed he was on his way. Our pick up from the airport was about 15 minutes late, but that's not too bad.He was nice and non-intrusive, and got us where we needed to go in a good time. His speed and lack of turn signals made me nervous, but we were fine.He was very accommodating in our return trip and I would definitely recommend him and book him again.

Eric's is affordable and reliable, he'll keep in touch with either text or calling, don't hesitate to use

Eric picked our family from the airport. Extremely nice guy. Best rates in town. He worked with us for arranging all ofOur car needs during our 10 day trip. Stellar experience. Would work with him again anytime. Thanks Eric!

After having a heck of a time getting a cab Halloween night, I was hesitant to rely on a taxi to pick me up Sunday to go to the New Orleans Airport.So, I turned to yelp. I called Eric' To and From and Eric picked up right away. He quoted me an awesome price and I set a 6am time Sunday for pick up. I texted him at 5:53 this morning to let him know the house's porch light was on and he said he was five minutes out. I was happy with his quick response and his promptness for my pick up time. He picked me up in a large, clean van. He was super nice, helpful and best of all I arrived at the airport in plenty of time. His car service was a great experience, at what I think is a steal of a price, that made my vacation end on a high note!!

If you need someone affordable, reliable, friendly, patient, and efficient please call Eric. I saw a review about him never responding to a client after a scheduled appointment but that's really the opposite of my experience. Eric has been great about keeping in touch and being prompt. This guy really is great. I asked for a 1:40 pick up time. He was there and texted me to let me know he was there. We were delayed at the gate AND had a last minute change that made me have to check a bag which means I would be much later than i originally expected. I told him and he had no problem with the change and told us to contact him when we were ready. When we finally met him, he was very nice and his van was clean and seemed in good repair. What stood out the most for me is that I have some health issues that can cause me to have anxiety attacks and possibly have to make some urgent stops. I was obviously freaking out the whole drive and he was soooo patient with me. He wasn't annoyed, he never even seemed a bit bothered. Total gentleman. I never let people drive me and i was so worried about being driven by a stranger and not having control of when we could stop but he made it much less stressful.Eric's rates were definitely the best I found. He charged us $40 for the 3 of us to get to the French Quarter. He also said he is available for shorter trips within the city and everything is a flat rate. I am ready to head home now and Eric is available to pick me up. I don't know if the rates are lower for 1 person vs 3 (I am leaving alone) but I will give him the rate paid for 3 people because he's worth it.

We used Eric's shuttle service four times over the course of a long weekend in New Orleans. He responded very quickly to all my requests and questions via email on Yelp beforehand. He was very prompt in picking us up for all the trips over the weekend. These trips included to the hotel in downtown New Orleans from the airport, from hotel to cruise ship port, and from the cruise ship port to hotels near the airport. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a ride in and around the area. He was great!

Used Eric's from the airport to the quarter. Prompt and friendly service. Will use him him again for the return. Clean van!!!

My experience with Eric's shuttle service could not have been any more perfect. This was my first time using his service to get to the airport. I emailed him the evening before, asking about his rate & availability & how far it was from my location, to the airport. He responded back, I believe, within less than 5 minutes.He picked me up in the a.m., as planned, actually a few minutes early, which is a huge plus for me. I was outside a bit early, waiting for his arrival, and there he was. I typically experience high anxiety when having to be at the airport to catch a flight. Eric was so nice, I immediately felt more calm. His vehicle is immaculate, and we chatted the entire drive. We arrived at the airport just when I wanted to, hassle free & easy. He's just a good guy with a great service.. The next time I visit New Orleans, I will absolutely call Eric for my transportation needs. So glad I found him and it was a great ride..
