If their was a zero star my rating would be zero. Dont waist your time with the buisness I had the worst experience ever with this owner. She changes rules has a horrible ATTITUDE adds extra fees to charge everytime you turn around. I can go on and on do yourself a favor dont use the hall. Their is plenty local buisness owners that would appreciate your service.

My Baby Was Graduating From Xavier College And We Had Our Event Here The Owner Was Awesome I Lkve In California So Almost Everything Was Done Over The Phone She Turned My Vision To A Reality. Everything Was Beautiful,. The Owner Added A Few Touches That Surprised Us. She Didn't Even Charge Us For. If Your Looking For A Great Place For Graduation Parties Or Any Other Event Look No Further. Great Staff and Great Prices.. Thank You Again Enchantment Allure

Staff was nice owner was very rude to host and guest. Venue is in need of an update. Bar area also a storage area which is the first thing guest see walking in. Not worth the price.
