You know what, ppl should not have a business if they plan on not closing on the times posted on their doors. Twice back to back I show up here and they are closed. I guess there loss on a sale.

Upscale women's clothing store with cute accessories. It was a little confusing to find the door (it's on the corner of the building) and the parking lot frightens me a bit (backing onto Metairie Road). The store was much larger than I thought it would be from the outside.So I'm torn between 3 & 4 stars. While the clothes were cute (what I saw of them), I experienced some the rudest fellow customers here that I've ever seen. Cut off when trying to enter the store....yep, do I look like the doorperson? Try to walk past...nope. Try to get a salesperson's attention to ask a question...nope. I give up.

Em's is one of my all-time fave stores. I cannot rave enough about its top-notch customer service. The sales girls (and/or the adorable owner) always greet you at the door & are super helpful. You never have to ask for a fitting room, and the stylish staff often recommend great pieces that match my taste. It's great to be able to walk in and say, "I only have 20 minutes & need an outfit for a boating date/job interview/wedding. Help!" Never fear a fashion emergency again--The girls at Em's got your back.

Upscale boutique -- colorful, playful clothes in great fabrics. Style felt contemporary and joyful in a way that defied age bands -- I bought four pieces for my late 40s girlfriend but also saw 20 somethings trying things on.Sales people were attentive but not suffocating. Great sale rack.

One of the best places to shop on Metairie Road! Jill is excellent. She's always friendly and goes out of her way to help you select the perfect outfit!!
