Electric Coctail Lounge

It was my first time here. Mary behind the bar was sweet and friendly just like this neighborhood bar known for pool tables and poker machines. I'll visit again when I'm in the neighborhood.

This place was a total trip! Got drug there by a friend of mine and had never heard of the place. Great cocktails, cheap prices, hottie bartender, 50cent pool tables and nice peeps.It's in the middle of this residential neighborhood (the house next door has gnomes in the yard) off of the I-10 svc. road.If you want to go where no one will ever find you, this is the place!

This is definitely one of the most neighborhood of all neighborhood bars. It is just like a suburban house set amongst many other houses. You won't be getting all rowdy and crazy in here but you can certainly have a calm and collected good time in here. You definitely need to know where you are going to find this place and I've never seen it crowded. When people move to Old Metairie and miss their nasty days at Snake'n Jakes they can come here for a clean and hygienic version of a hidden away neighborhood bar.

Great neighborhood bar! Friendly bartenders, strong mixed drinks and cold beer. What else do you need?

Well I don't know why their yelp page spelled cocktail "Coctail" but that's none of my business. I love hole in the wall bars and this one is no exception. I have no complaints about this place (so far, as I've just discovered it)! Desiree was one of the nicest and most attentive Metairie bartenders I've come across.

Hidden gem of a neighborhood bar. It is great for a low key night or a place to meet and hang out with friends. The bartenders are all great. Super attentive and they make perfect drinks. One of my favorite bars in the city.

I've only been because I live in the neighborhood. I've been multiple times but only very late at night. Usually after my husband and I return from an event or some other engagement and we want to have a couple more drinks we'll walk here or that other bar around the corner. Drinks are good, service is good. Seems like a lot of regulars, at least late night.
